President Bush is to speak in Revolution Square (I believe) in a few minutes. There are upwards of 100,000 people there to hear him waving American flags and cheering. The First Lady came in moments ago to a huge ovation, Powell is there as well.
Should be good...waiting enthusiatically.

The crowd is fabulous. Thanks so much, Romania, for the wonderful welcome. How great to have a President who I can watch with pride and love. Couldn't watch the other one at all.

"I invite you to join NATO, the alliance of freedom."
That sound you hear is Stalin's corspe spinning.

It doesn't look like it's raining hard, but his overcoat is soaked.

President Bush is sending a message to all countries. Iraq could become a democracy in the same way Rumania did - by Iraqis rising up against their dictator.

"As we started speaking a rainbow appeared. G-d is smiling on us today." I was watching as he started t speak, and was praying for God to keep him safe in that large crowd.
Just then, he mentioned the rainbow. Thank you, Lord!

Huh? I'm watching it right now, and all I hear is Bush, the translator, and the crowd.
This is great, and the comments above about these folks not getting their DNC faxes are spot on. I still don't think the Left realizes what talk radio (thank ou El Rushbo), the Internet, and FNC have done to their lamestream media monopoly and the political power it gave them.

To: mitchbert
Can anybody make out what they're chanting? They've done it a couple times, but I can't make it out maybe because I don't speak Romanian, LOL.

Fox ALWAYS does that. That's why I immediately turn to CNN when there's an important speech-One of the few reasons I ever turn to CNN

This is clearly a message meant worldwide. I wouldn't be surprised if he is hoping some of this registers in Iran.
"We will prevail."

???
Must be your local Fox affiliate. There's no network talking head commentary on Fox News Channel.

The sun is shining on President Bush and traversing the huge crowd now. It brings tears to the eyes, especially as President Bush speaks the words Good and Evil. WOW!
