President Bush is sending a message to all countries. Iraq could become a democracy in the same way Rumania did - by Iraqis rising up against their dictator.

This is clearly a message meant worldwide. I wouldn't be surprised if he is hoping some of this registers in Iran.

The sun is shining on President Bush and traversing the huge crowd now. It brings tears to the eyes, especially as President Bush speaks the words Good and Evil. WOW!

At some point, regional alliances like NATO should be merged into a global freedom/democracy alliance that combats dictatorships and terrorism.
