Gores in Shock Over Hillary's Betrayal?

How stunned were Al and Tipper Gore last night after hearing Hillary Clinton tell MSNBC's "Hardball" audience at SUNY Albany that she wouldn't endorse the ex-VP in the 2004 presidential primaries?

So far the former second couple are keeping mum about the humiliating political slap in the face.

But if the Gores' attempts to curry favor in recent days with the former first couple are any indication, Al and Tipper couldn't have been too happy as they watched Mrs. Clinton repeatedly pour cold water on another Gore presidential bid.

"I'm going to wait and see who the Democratic nominee is," Mrs. Clinton told MSNBC's "Hardball" host Chris Matthews, who asked no fewer than four times if she'd back Gore in the 2004 race. "You know, Chris, I don't endorse in Democratic primaries."

Really? Tell that to Andrew Cuomo, who was ushered out of the New York governor's race by Mrs. Clinton and her husband a week before the Democratic primary vote in order to secure the nomination for landslide loser Carl McCall.

Clinton's disingenuous "I don't endorse" fib came after a week of sucking-up by Al and Tipper, which apparently has gone completely for naught.

"We're great friends and we're comrades in arms," the ex-VP said of Bill Clinton, while chatting with Barbara Walters for an interview broadcast just five days before Hillary slipped him the shiv. "We've been through an awful lot together."

Mrs. Gore even offered a tepid endorsement of Bill Clinton's fling with Oval Office fellatrix Monica Lewinsky, denying credible reports from Gore campaign insiders that she blamed the Clinton sexcapades for hubby Al's presidential loss.

"I am really glad you brought that up," Tipper told Walters. "I want to say once and for all, that's just not true. And I've seen that reported over and over in the press. I never said that and I never thought that."

Poor pathetic Al was even compelled to offer Mrs. Clinton consideration as his own VP in 2004.

"Sure, sure," Gore groveled, when asked about the prospect of partnering with the woman who once tried to steal his vice presidential office space for herself. "As I said earlier, I wouldn't rule anybody in or out."

Well, Al - it looks like Hillary has ruled you out - at least until she has no other choice.

And that leaves her available to campaign for the next most popular candidate on the Democrats' 2004 presidential roster - which, as poll after poll has revealed, just happens to be Hillary herself.

Poor Al (snicker snicker). Did you really think the Clintons would endorse you? The only people they endorse are themselves. They have plans AL and you are not included in them. Hillary will work her way up the ladder in the Senate until she can successfully run for President. Right now she wouldn't be able to run and she knows it. Right now the Democreeps in New York are begging the Clintons to raise some money for them. They are floundering. Believe me the Clinton's love this because they have complete control. They now control the Democreeps in New York to the point that they are on their knees begging and thats what they want to do with the rest of the country. So you see Al they have plans!

After being involved, although to a lesser degree, with the two lying, cheating, slimey klintons for eight years I don't understand how he could be surprised by anything they would do.

If you can't help them or pay them you're toast.

News flash to Al:

It may be a blessing that you are directly affected at such an early stage, because sooner or later they would stab you in the back.

Just another case of the Clintons being the Clintons. Bill Clinton is the Don King of politics, and his wife has learned from the master. Social climbers that they are, they go out of their way to associate themselves with the powerful. If it looks like Gore is going to win the nomination (and only then) look for Hillary to throw her total support behind him (the fact that he no longer needs it at that point is irrelevant). If he falls behind in the general election, look for Hillary to quickly desert the sinking ship.

I wonder if Al is finally ready to give a truthful answer to Kathryn Prudhomme's question about the rape of Juanita Broaddrick.

The only people they endorse are themselves.

This is the reason I cannot believe the the party is putting Hill in a leadership position. She and Bill are the only ones who will ever benefit and they will shaft, if not downtown Arkancide, anyone who travels along the path with them. I just don't get these new developments.

Algore is damaged goods and the klintons don't deal in damaged goods. They look only for those who can help them. The do not help anyone without a price and algore paid it right into his demise! The klintons are rotten, evil scum. Wake up America, see them for what they are!

What is remarkable is that Gore would expect to be treated any differently than anyone else in the Clinton galaxy of stars. If eh really is surprised, then he hasn't been paying attention. What an idiot!

Also, you can't blame Rodham for this too much - Gore is a loser who wants to be a two-time loser. I don't blame Rodham for not wanting to be a part of that mess.

Johnny Cash sang this thirty five years ago in antcipation of this day.

Flushed from the Bathroom of your Heart

From the back door of your life, you swept me out, Dear.
In the bread line of your dreams, I lost my place.
At the table of your love, I got the brush-off.
At the Indianapolis of your heart, I lost the race.

I’ve been washed down the sink of your conscience.
In the theater of your love, I lost my part.
And now you say you’ve got me out of your conscience.
I’ve been flushed from the bathroom of your heart.

In the garbage disposal of your dreams, I’ve been ground up, Dear.
On the river of your plans, I’m up the creek.
Up the elevator of your future, I’ve been shafted.
On the calendar of your events, I’m last week.

I’ve been washed down the sink of your conscience.
In the theater of your love, I lost my part.
And now you say you’ve got me out of your conscience.
I’ve been flushed from the bathroom of your heart.

Aw, It's so tragic.(sob)
