A wild Iraq today which benefits from military assistancec we gave them 20 years ago is still preferable to a stronger, more militarily proficient Iran.

Thanks

"BTW.. I am a navy vet, disabled at that. '92-95 stationed on the USS Enterprise."Then you know perfectly well that the no-fly zones are a condition of surrender, as such are perfectly legal and do NOT constitute an "illegal occupation." In addition, you jumped in with an accusation that WE thought the no fly zones are due to a UN resolution when none of us had even posted such a statement...THEN went on to accuse US of being defensive.
Offense begets defense, and you sir, are offensive. What's your disability? Paranoid schizophrenia?

LOL, is that Dick van Patten?
To: Libertarian4Bush
He's been doing this so long, I'll bet he forgot that he's under the gun on that issue as well right now. This was a stupid mistake on his part. For a guy who wants to drag this out as long as possible, this was a big mistake.

May I ask...brown or black shoe? Service related disability?

"With the gas he got from Reagan and Bush I?"...We fought the French with muskets from Britain. France should deliver a VERY strongly worded surrender to the Brits in protest of their traitorous act against French humanity...

I've heard that along time ago, Hussein promissed a king's ransom to anyone that brought down an allied aircraft. Word probably hasn't come down through the grapevine that it'd be a bad idea to do that right now.

That's still a classic. LOL. Someone should send that to Fleischer or someone over there..... they are mighty busy in the War Room, but maybe some night when the coffee is bad and they are up past midnight, someone can show that for some well need humor!

Do Iraq, Iran, Pakistan, or France HAVE Navys? Last I knew they formers were a bunch of sand, and the later built and aircraft carrier that didn't work.

I'm a bit confused. What did he (Hume) show? Footage of the attack? Or the Bush/Powell cartoon graphic? Or the troll photo? LOL
To: AmericanInTokyo

From UN Resolution 1441:"On the wider issue of air operations in Iraq, both fixed-wing and rotary, Iraq will guarantee the safety of air operations in its air space outside the no-fly zones. With regard to air operations in the no-fly zones, Iraq will take all steps within its control to ensure the safety of such operations."
No UN endorsement, eh?
