Who are these people? Does the freak pay them or something?! I don't know a single person who considers themselves a fan of the freak, let alone someone who would stand behind a barricade just to scream and chant and hopefully catch a glimpse of the freak.

Okay folks, the old surgical nurse will weigh in here.

If you can stomach it- look closely at the photo around the nose, and you will see a definitive demarcation line that runs across the entire "tip" from nostril to nostril across the top. Above that on both sides are bumpy areas that appear to be about 2 cm long and wide.
My guess is Jacko no longer has a tip- and this is a silicone prosthesis covering the hole where his nostrils used to be, and the lumpy part is the "legs" that hold it on with surgical adhesive, and covered with pancake. What that bizarre looking appendage sticking out of it might be, I have no clue. The prosthetic application seems sloppy, so maybe it's a lump of glue, or a torn piece of silicone. If he had any septum left, it wouldn't be protruding there- usually it sticks up through the top of the bridge, where the skin is thinnest.

As for the light skin- I have always thought he was tatooed- first on the face, and then both hands. (remember the single glove?) You cannot "bleach" skin, you can laser the pigment off- but to take this much pigment off, he would't have much dermis left. His skin is in too good a condition for that.

Vitteligo is a patchy condition- never uniform: this ain't it.

Look closely at his lower lip: the "roll" which demarcates the colored vermillion of the lip from the facial skin is pasty white, as is the unlipsticked part of what used to be his lower lip. I assume he wears lipstick because his lips are so white without it- like a ghoul.

His eyes are weird, too- like he's wearing black contacts- unnatural. The wig is also not applied well- it looks as if he put it on without a mirror- very sloppy for a Hollywood type. Explains the mess on his nose as well.
My 2 cents medically- but what he really needs is a shrink.

This sad boy has discovered that his money can pay for a legion of procedures to remake him into something he is not- but God has the last word. The recent attempts to repair previous damage has just made it worse- and now he is permanently disfigured. I have (unfortunately) seen others in his predicament- mostly white, vain, rich women who tried desperately to hold back time- and ended up with failed face lifts or nose jobs (or boobs, or butts, or tummies)- who spend the rest of their life hiding behind scarves, swathed in layers, and searching the world for someone who can "make it pretty again".
Imagine looking at that face every day- and knowing you did this to yourself- no wonder he's wacky.

This is a very sick 44-year-old man. From what I've heard from those who probably know, there is no doubt in my mind that he's a pedophile. The only good thing that can be said about his self-mutilation is that it might make him so frightening to children that he'll have a harder time getting close to them.

I've been looking at the photo assuming we were seeing bandages -- band-aid style. It just dawned on me that you're thinking those are long-term (if not permanent) adhesives? Showing through makeup?? Good GRIEF.

Thanks for posting that. I took a lot of heat from my sister when I said that Helena Bonham-Carter looked just like Jacko in Planet of The Apes, but then I showed her photos of Carter in Apes and Jackson on my monitor. She conceded that I was right.

Frankly, I am shocked that Jacko didn't sue Tim Burton. Maybe he thought it was cool.

At a concert last year, Michael's prosthetic nose flew off into the audience. Yes, I agree with you that what you see is a bad prosthesis, latex mask job. He wears the surgical mask when he doesn't have time to do his make up well. What a friggin' nut.
