Katherine Harris - Congratulations!
11/5/02

Posted on 11/06/2002 12:19:34 AM PST by efnwriter

Katherine Harris won the 13th Congressional District seat in the U.S. House of Representatives for Florida's southwest coast, defeating Democrat Jan Schneider by 55 percent to 45 percent - a double digit victory -

As Florida secretary of state in 2000, Harris was vilified by Democrats and likened to puppy-snatching cartoon villainess Cruella De Vil when she certified George W. Bush the winner over Al Gore

Her clothing and make-up were the butt of jokes on late-night television shows and criticized by numerous liberal print "journalists"

Katherine, you sure look gorgeous now!

but she is no doll and she isn't particularly young.

Hey, babe, take this from a 71 year old. She's a doll, she is young, and she deserves all of the great things that will come to her as part of the Republican CONGRESS.

Many congratulations to a wonderful lady with a will of iron.

She stood by the Constitution and the Law when it was painful for her so to do. For her, the good Lord disposed the Day.

And now, Maxine Waters' head will detonate....

Be Seeing You,

Chris

This is great news!

Why don't more Republicans realize that those who stand on conservative principles - WIN! Those who try to out-liberal the Democrats - LOSE!

Wasn't this the lesson of Ronald Reagan?

Those who try to out-liberal the Democrats - LOSE

Example - Connie Morella tried to position herself to the left of a Democrat - lost!

Yep. She's a babe.

We need Roy Orbison, singing "Pretty Woman", playing in the background.

You may wish to revise and extend your remark about Rep. Waters; for your sake as well as hers.

Yes! I guess dreams do come true...My Dream from July of 2001 (before Katherine announced her bid to run) I predicted she'd run for Congress, I predicted she'd win, and in May, when I had my interview with her for my internship, I told her all this and she was so happy! Congratulations Katherine! Now, let's just hope I'll do my internship! Also, Congrats to the most wonderful Governor JEB BUSH!!!

"Katherine has always looked gorgeous!!!"

Yep. She's a babe.

Here's Katherine with my husband and J.D. Hayworth about a year and a half ago. She was absolutely great when I took this photo. She's a really, really nice person.

Her suit and Cyber's shirt clash, though.

She earned every vote by following the Florida Election law back in 2000.

Dear GOD, please let her show the others in National Government positions how to read and follow the Constitution!
