State Supreme Court Judge just ruled that Pulaski County polls must close and the votes cast after 7:30 p.m. won't count. LOL!!! YAH! How will they know which ones were cast after 7:30 PM?
The Democrats were idiots. If they had simply told toers that arrived by 7:30 that they should wait, it would have been legal and everyone would have been happy.

The significance of the SCOTUS ruling in FLoriduh becomes more important as each state will use it as a standard to NOT change the rules of the election in "mid-stream". ala ARK
Think what a mess we would have had if we had not had the 7-2 vote of the Court. Oh pray that we get those senate seats and conservative justices appointed

My garden is done for the year. But I did get a fair amount of tomatoes. Incidentally, it was Kathy Lee Bates in "Fried Green Tomatoes" that reminded me of Liddy Dole.

Arkansas State Supreme Ct. Just invalidated the juges order to hold the polls open! All ballots after 7:30 PM invalidated!!!!!! With this and Mondull losing they have been stymied on two of their tricks. The stuff the ballot box votes and the sympathy votes. (Which I am sure will be a great relief to RATS in tight races in 2004. They might lose but they might be allowed to live.)
They are going to have to come up with some new tricks. Should be interesting.

Everyone has had their eyes on the senate race here, but the gubernatorial and lt. governor's races are both also too close to call -- neither one has had a Republican in office since Reconstruction.I feel a historic moment coming on...
Not only that, but the very vicious 11th Congressional seat is still up for grabs; most of metro Atlanta's precincts have NOT come in with that race yet; Cobb County is being considered stronghold territory for our guy, Phil Gingrey. Life is good!
