Voted Republican this morning in Charlotte, except for one sane Libertarian who has a chance of cleaning up the County Commission. There was a steady stream of voters even at 10AM.
The Irksome Bowles campaign has called my wife (registered Republican) twice to remind her to vote. I suppose their assumption is that all women vote DemocRat. --heh, heh, heh. They didn't want to talk to me. Wonder why?

I was number 18 at my voting place. :-)

Hehehehe....and that doesn't even include our family members who are eligible to vote. Mr. Gun is not a Freeper, but he too knows how to vote correctly....as does my elderly mother (with a little assistance)!

Here we can vote straight party, but I take great pleasure in voting for each candidate, so I just go down the list. The race for water commisioner(sp?) was a democRAT running unopposed. I wrote in my wife....
I can't wait until tonight...

Voted at 7:10 a.m. I was # 15 but the voting places at the tables, 30 places, were full so I went over to the podium and marked mine. Straight Republican and against the cock-fighting ban.

Huntington Beach? That was my last address in California before I left for the right coast. Greetings from the Old Dominion (Virginia, for the uninitiated). It's good to see that Orange County is still the bastion of Conservatism in the midst of an increasingly socialist state.

I can identify with the screaming thing. Thought I was gonna be physically sick when they called for Gore -- screamed like a banshee when they took it away. Screamed and danced when the USSC stopped the counting and our man had his rightful place!!! Go GWB!!!

Voter turnout low in Frederick County, Va.this morning around 10:00, mostly senior citizens. We voted straight Republican. Warner and Wolf have been the Republican incumbents for years. Only independents were running against Warner for the Senate.

ROTFLMAO! I can hear her now! Too funny. A little conservative in the making.
A friend of mine emailed me an interesting happening at the polls this morning: This "Gray Davis" supporter type was in there trying to vote and they had him registered as absentee...and then he acted all dumb and wasn't sure what happened........opps......then he just happened to find this absentee ballot.Thank God the polling place lady quickly grabbed it and voided it out. hmmmm...

Just voted in the Mountain State. Republican, pro-life, and against every levy in sight.
But, to show my libertarian leanings, voted to allow casino gambling in town.
