Title says it all. Hicham Rhazouani a Muslim exchange student (do a search on Marco Island Rape), who was arrested and charged with the rape of an 11 yr old girl and breaking and entering has been given the green light and is presently back home in his palace back in Morocco.
How you ask?
3 weeks ago an ambassador from Morocco arrived locally and before you knew it...DNA became inconclusive and Hicham was free to go home once his papers and travel arrangements were made.
Still not angry? The Marco Island Hilton where Rhazouani was employed on a stay visa for work before his arrest occoured put him up quietly as all of the loose ends were tied up.
So an 11 yr old girl has been raped and money and power has talked and walked its way right through the U.S.A.
The Naples Daily News did not report these events in their paper nor did any other local publication as it was part of the agreement that the story would be buried.
No calls or e-mails have/had been returned by the time of this post.

Oh God I can't think straight right now. What is going ON down there?
You mean, what is going on in this country? We give our own life and the death penalty for these type of acts.

We're like canaries in a mine but nobody listens to us. So frustrating!
Presently more like sitting ducks.
Eyes wide shut

The moslems certainly show us how much they respect our society, don't they?
They are doing no more than what we let them do. Not the sheeple, the people the sheeple elect. Have you heard any of the higher ups say anything about this.
This makes me feel like the people that don't keep up with the news are better off, they really don't know what is going on around them. I guess what you don't know won't hurt you.

Does he really want to go back to Morocco? If I remember correctly, Muslims over there who know his family want to kill him because of his crime.
Or maybe he really is innocent. It's been known to happen.

Whoa...what agreement? With whom?I want to hear more about this as well. In fact, I want to hear more details about everything, as soon as you're ready or have talked to more people.

"How does DNA match one day...then 4 months later it doesn't?" I've got to play devil's advocate here.
How do we know the DNA ever did match? After all, Marco Island is a bicycle ride from where the three Muslim "medical students" ran the toll booth in a vehicle that tested positive for explosives, which as I understand was also incorrect.
No offense intended, but it seems as if this were a "fix", there would be some outraged friends and relatives raising hell, not just a lone freeper.

I'm not surprised, and I'm not surprised that the NDN didn't publish any of it either! Makes me sick!

Was it the Marco Island Hilton that has a reservation number of 1-800-275-9218 ? That's, 1-800-275-9218 ?This is the reservation number. You might be better off calling their FRONT DESK at (239)394-5000 (albeit not an 800 number)

Maybe some bounty hunters could get him, if there was enough incentive.

Thank you. Another good number to call.

The DNA was the reason they held and arrested him to begin with. He then was picked out of a lineup and then witnesses spotted his car there as well. Not to mention the boyfriend of the mother who chased him out of the house.

He is already back in Morocco. I stated...an ambassador came into town and before you knew it he was out of jail and the family left town. Remember from the previous articles that were posted on this story that the family had not been directly notified by Hicham himself. He called a distant cousin weeks later after the arrest to start arranging things. He lawyered up and then the rest was taken care of.
To: hellinahandcart
I only know that is was a private arrangement that is location not be revealed or anything. For HIS protection. He supposedly kept a very low profile when he got out and as soon as he was cleared to leave...he did. Like I said this is all info from people who work at the hotel and were close to him. This was all info that got to me last night but the events actually happened 3 weeks ago.

Yes, well out West we are used to Americans coming in a distant second to the interests of immigrants, legal or illegal.
I've been watching this case since you first posted about it, and it truly is an outrage.
