Osbourne was the co-owner of the car?? I'm guessing for $200, it would be a cash deal. The car would be registered in ONE name, wouldn't it?? How would a co-owner come about?? and why hasn't Osbourne come forward without the cops asking for him to??

"The car would be registered in ONE name, wouldn't it??"Joint title. Two owners. Married people do it all the time. Also kids who are too young to afford insurance get their softhearted parents or grandparents to go along with it, and PROMISE their pitch in their part of the insurance payments...
