Overnite, two men arrested while sleeping in their car at a reststop in MD. John Mohammed aka John Williams and his stepson Lee Malvo. Mohammad is thought to be the likely shooter.

Well, he'd be right if the license plate was gleened off the scanner and not really released.... But didn't Moose read it as part of the press conference last night?

Moose read it after the media already released it. I like to bash the media as much as the next guy... but they are right in this sense. They leaked the liscence plate number, Moose was forced then to repeat it... and a citizen hearing it on the news, through the media, spotted the car. So, kudos to the media for this one thing.

Now back to bashing them for being the idiots that they are....

In fact... when I heard Ergun Caner say it in a message he gave (having been raised Muslim and speaking arabic) if I recall correctly he pronounced it more "Ladeen" which would more correctly be spelled Ladin IMO...

Regardless there isn't an official spelling of most Arabic names in English.
