Overnite, two men arrested while sleeping in their car at a reststop in MD. John Mohammed aka John Williams and his stepson Lee Malvo. Mohammad is thought to be the likely shooter.

Of course they're evil, but calling these idiots "the Beast of Rev. 13" is just giving them WAY too much credit. If they're the "Beast", then I'm not terribly scared of judgment day. ;-)

P.S. On a side note, this COULD, however, finally prove that the Mayans were correct in believing the world will end in 2012. :-P (keep an open mind...don't freak out...don't give these guys the credit they WANT and don't DESERVE, y'know?)

No, there's someone else feeding them, clothing them, giving them a rest stop etc and instructing them at least until the last weekend.

I thought the same thing last night when I heard Moose's Duck/Noose statement. First of all, at that point, why even say it? They knew who the snipers were, they had them on the run, they were closing in on them and knew they were going to get them very soon. Why risk anything (like a coded message to others) to talk to perps who you were about to take down?

Take a closer look at the exact words of Moose: You asked us to say, 'We have caught the sniper like a duck in a noose.' We understand that hearing us say this is important to you"

IMO it seems that the You is referring to the puppetmaster/ringleader/brains and the sniper is just that. It just seems odd that the sniper, if he was one who told Law Enforcement to say this, would refer to himself in the third person.

If Moose KNEW he was speaking to the brains of the operation, but not the sniper, why would he bother? It's the sniper they wanted, and they were about to catch him. Moose must have known the killing (except for possibly at the time of capture) would stop. Why even give code out for the rest of the gang, if there is a rest of the gang?

I still find it puzzling that the idiots asleep in their car at the rest stop had no clue how close they were to being caught and were not even attempting to keep up with the Chief's communication.

Can the pair of morons really be responsible for all this, acting completely alone? Perhaps it is possible.
