Overnite, two men arrested while sleeping in their car at a reststop in MD. John Mohammed aka John Williams and his stepson Lee Malvo. Mohammad is thought to be the likely shooter.

Just speculation I'm sure, but a report I heard on the radio stated that the two perps may have been taking turns doing the shooting. Having a contest to see which one could out do the other.
