Neighborhood looks tidy, but far from upscale. Residents being interviewed look the same.

One of local Seattle newsmen mentioned that snipers in Viet Nam often left calling cards to spook the VC, including tarot cards (or as one freeper mentioned on other thread, foot-long condoms) ...but it's been written about so often, this sniper may not be ex-military but copycat.

Many criminal and terroist trails lead to Seattle. I'm thinking about Ahmed Reshad, the would-be millenium bomber, captuered in nearby Port Angeles after driving off ferry from Canada. Nice place to live, huh?

So it would be just from linguistics? Back in DOS days, I used to have a word processor that would transcribe written pages into several ethnic sounding dialects, including valley girl talk. It could fool someone. I imagine it could also be done without a computer program (although I don't know how) if someone was intent on providing false leads. I wonder if grapho analysts could detect this?
