"Dang, wish I could find that post by the
guy who visited the site several days later. It was a real good one. "
Here is the report you are looking for from the scene of the Home Depot shooting.
'angkor' and 'xsmommy'- both local to the scene of that shooting - were kind enough to answer some of my questions and provide good information about this location. If you are interested, start reading at about post #92 on the FR page linked below.

Maybe a voice changer would hide an accent?

One worked for Moose's old mayor boss as intern. That right! Patrice Lumumba Ford. And that the mayor, Katz, refused to cooperate after 9-11 in releasing info to the feds which they had requested for some reason, from what I remember reading recently.
Interestingly I heard Moose say today that this is not personal...hmmm. Trying to throw the sniper/s off by letting them think they're not getting to him?
To: Route66
Thanks to aristeides for the name refresher, and to you, Route66 for the link!

Also wouldn't be surprised if he starts getting people as they're driving.About this, the guy tried to shoot through glass early on, but missed his shot, it's thought. Glass throws a monkey wrench in the bullet's path, so last week people were being advised to drive with their windows up. The shooter/s can't be sure of hitting their mark that way.

The
only thing I've been sure of from the start is that it
is personal against Moose.
Trouble is, there's a long line and astonishing spectrum of groups who have a bone to pick with him.
What I've been looking for are demands acceded to - and Gitmo is the only one so far, and announced within hours of Moose's 'hold on - we're constructing an answer' conference.
Then there's been a promise to come off the WOD. Maybe a couple others....
To: Chad Fairbanks
Makes a big difference in who you investigate and what the long term effects are.
Federal Gov protects our borders and runs wars, local gov does the home grown stuff. Or, atleast that was the way it was supposed to work.

Call us back the audio was bad...
I think I would stay out of the gas stations, resturants, schools, retail stores, park benches, etc., until Moose calls in the NSA to clean up the audio. My guess is they will call us back after dark tonight, just so Moose understands.
IS NBC the only one with this breaking news two phone #s known only to the sniper, 25% audible...
To: John Jamieson
I know... my reference to the 'root' was regarding their mindsets... they all enjoy killing, whether they have a cause or not. They all have one important thing in common - They are Evil. ;)

And somewhat at-ease-putting. Thanks. : )

The shooting of just one at a time is a brag. He could just as easy get 3 or 4 in 30 seconds, most of the time. This guy can escallate the death toll anytime he wants. That's the blackmail part of this.
To: Lucas1
Yes Lucas, I did. MSNBC saying we are entering a new and dangerous phase, per the killers' note. Said the note from Saturday night contained some of the same language of the earlier "tarrot card" note, none of which has been released to the media/public.
To: John Jamieson
You're right. He can hit a lot more than this at one go. But as some have said, then he runs the risk of calling attention to his location. With only one shot, and then quietly departing while everyone is looking at the victim, he draws no attention to himself.
If he shoots more than once, it's much more likely that people can pinpoint him.
To: John Jamieson
And the hoot is 3/4 of the people who've discussed it say Linda Franklin was an absolute and utter coincidence.
To: per loin
I heard that also. They are reporting the p/c from the shooter was traced to that avenue, Broad(?) St., maybe, and to that telephone. That is why they moved in on the two guys in "suspicious" white van, a report on which was received from a 911 call. Also heard by the time the forensics (sp) were run on the envelope the note from Sat. night came in, and actually read the letter, they had missed the time for the call. Saying that is why the Moose said what he said, this morning. Breath. :)

too big a coincidence for me.
To: GeorgeandtheDralgore
ROFL @ that picture!!! PERFECT!
To: texasbluebell
Nah, he just playing. Husbands and wives would only take another second or two. Doesn't want to make the terrorist connection too obvious. "DON'T TELL THE SHEEPLE".
To: GeorgeandtheDralgore
LOL! That pic is perfect. I was wondering, did they record it? And no one could decipher it..and no computer could translate it. Could it be the accent was too strong?
