The NY Post is reporting police intend to use hypnotists on witnesses.

don't have a feel for that yet, but ...

a) mobility is obviously not a problem for them, as evidenced by the previous locations;
b) i still maintain that the only way a white 'van' may be involved is as a completely clean decoy;
c) our shooter is likely moving around in a non-descript station wagon or sedan;
d) re (c), and following the theory of 'hide in plain sight', he's likely egressing onto main roads/highways;
e) a scoped pistol is seeming more plausible due to its concealability;
f) i'm guessing that last night's hit was about at the outside range of his target area, ie ~ 1hr from DC;
g) if he's not caught, and/or doesn't go to ground, i would expect to see more killings in that 80ish mile radius;
h) i still fully expect to see either this bastard to move on to another city/base at some point, or for this one to go to ground, and others to take up the theme in another city ...

I heard on CNN and MSNBC this morning that fragments may not be recovered. Also, so far, only fragments have been recovered.

This ties in with early reports that he's using somoe kind of frangible ammo. If true, this makes the 'ballistic fingerprinting' arguments mute.

I hope Wayne LaPierre makes a decent argument this morning. More often than not, I feel most Freepers could better defend our rights.

This is the third weekend that they are winding up "south" on a weekend and the first Saturday shot....the only 2 night shots in a row...the only two hits where adult pairs are in his sights and within the 8-9:15 PM timeframe of the previous night shots.

Do we have a Virginia shooter AND a Maryland shooter? or the possiblity of two groups or...one group running from north to south?

I'm tending to lean toward two groups...sorta..

Anyone know the exact time of last night's hit.

You can see that they may likely be leaving at 8 or 9 and are therefore 15 minutes away or 10 miles leavinf a 5 minute frame for walking in.

AHHHHHHHH ok....so we leave the conspiracists and the 9-11 theory (nine dead and 11 shot and he has STOPPED) for drug addled phychics....surely NOT!

Hypnotizing is useful...sometimes in the deep recesses of of a mind in shock...info remains...they are hoping to get info on a license plate...BUT let's face it...that is an object that can be changed daily...a vehicle...it too can be changed daily...firing weapon...it too could be changed daily...they have to face facts...the GUY is HIDDEN, commits a crime, remains hidden when he leaves the crime scene, HE IS HIDDEN and until someone turns him in or DISCOVERS him in hiding...they will not catch him.
