These guys on t.v. are ridiculous....one just "appealed" to the killer, saying "we know you're angry,...

Know what you mean - makes me so mad.

I don't really care why the killer is doing this, just want him caught (or killed would be fine with me).

You make sense and that is not a theory that can be ruled out. Are you one of the people who has been keeping track of the alternating head and body shots? I did notice that the last woman shot at Home Depot was a head shot and now this man was a body shot again.

I guess my thoughts are "think opposite"..known local hunters in ordinary (dark) clothes would be "out of order" amongst their own and us "non-hunters" are thinking dark clothes as the necessity.

I do think these guys are holed up in Virginia and the shots will be in Virginia where hunting is still allowed.

Yes, I'm watching FOX. Their insistence on the psychobabble, "abused as a child," or "disgruntled vet," or "wannabe sniper," theories are absolutely ridiculous. Last night Rita was so annoying with her stupid comments, I switched over to CNN. (I posted on the 2,000 + thread one of her questions: "Why would the killer/sniper pick the Ponderosa Restaurant? There's lots of other restaurants in the area, why would he pick this one?" What a stupid question to ask.

Perhaps that's ONLY because:

1. Callers into stations: 90% seem to think it's terrorism;

2. This thread (and other forums, most likely), have been saying "terrorist cell" for days now. Surely, they must read what's being posted on the internet amongst THOUSANDS of Americans, and other countries, as well.

I didn't come up with that pattern theory but I thought it was certainly worth considering. However, it seems the last shootings didn't match the B&W or M/F pattern. Would have to check more carefully though. But it definitely discards the 9 dead/11 victims theory, a theory I never found plausible.
