NBC12 (Richmond affiliate) is reporting that they have exits on I-95 blocked off as far south as Boulevard. The reporter was in Doswell at King's Dominion. PKD is advising those that want to leave the part to take US 301. The park is staying open until further notice.

Just my two cents. I would be searching all motels. I believe he/them checked in to a local motel and scouted the area, shot the man and went to the motel within 5 miles of the shooting. They probably are watching the traffic shutdown. They will get up in the morning and it will all be over and head back to Maryland on back roads.

I don't believe it is a new "cell" or a terrorist at all. I believe it is a psycho who lives where most killings have occured. That is why this murder occured on a Saturday night. The assassin needs the time to lay low and still be able to drive back to Maryland tomorrow. Now if the next murder is in Roanoke on Wednesday, THEN I'll agree with you.
