No, that's a skewed interpretation. The white van, etc, had not been discounted

According to a topo graphic map Ihad found it looked like the school name was "Willston School"...I may be wrong because the last two letters are hard to read...

I found this on the internet...

Supervisor Trapnell said that she has been approached by the owners of the Willston Shopping Center with a plan to revitalize, redevelop, and expand the commercial area and to redevelop the Willston Gardens Apartments, which are adjacent to the shopping area. The apartments are in a generally deteriorated condition. These parcels surround the former Willston School, which is currently owned by the Board. The chain of title to the school site contain a reversion clause should the property no longer be used for education purposes. Also adjacent to the shopping center is a parcel which provides ancillary parking for the Seven Corners Shopping Center located across Route 50. These parcels together form an area where general existing conditions, as well as diverse ownership, current development patterns, and other conditions are preventing a proper development of the land.

It would also discredit "Robert Young," unless, of course there was more than one van, and as many as 4 or more terrorists on site at the scene..

Robert Young is the witness who saw 2 swarthy men in a van fleeing the HD parking lot. I think he is credible, but I don't he saw anyone connected to the shooting. What he saw was:

Two dark-complexioned construction types in their white van FLEEING IN PANIC from the parking garage.

Shots didn't erupt from the parking garage...therefore the fleeing men were afraid for their lives and just wanted to get the hell away! YIKES couldn't blame them!

All of them in the same group...what are the odds? Of course, there were parents in the 50's and 60's who named their child after movie stars...like mine did!

I wouldn't name any of my children after a movie star today for anything!

I read the following on lucianne.com about the lying witness:

msnbc, quoting a police source, stated he was a fat man with the nickname "slim" with a criminal record...

Thanks for the pics; very helpful for me to visualize the scene of the crime.

So, the 30-40 yard shot has been discredited? Did a moslem make the false witness claim?

Is that the report where the witness said something like, the driver was so agitated that I thought he was going to get out and duke it out with me because I had blocked his exit?

Maybe you should open your mind a little and recieve your news from multiple sources. That's how you truly can "decide."

I have information overload as it is ... four newspapers a day - a local rag, the Washington Post, the Washington Times & the New York Times. My mind is plenty open to everything EXCEPT CNN. For some reason, my remote control finger becomes uncontrollably spasmatic whenever I land on that channel. Besides - I can learn the newsworthy items CNN offers right here on FreeRepublic, WITHOUT having to feel like I've somehow prostituted myself by watching CNN.

Where is the parking garage in those pics??

Looks like it's that rectangle, down in the lower left hand corner, extending perpendicularly from the buildings at the bottom center of the picture.

I agree in general with you but, isn't you're same logic operative with respect to the NY Times and the Washington Post?

Let's say for two weeks: The Police issue a statement that when you enter your car, turn the radio to a certain station. In the event of another sniper attack, we will give you instructions.

For example, they would break in and say: there has been a sniper shooting at x & x in Maryland. If you are in the vicinity, please stop your car. Whether something like this would work, we don't know but I agree it will take something like this to stop these people and we ALL have a car radio.

The only problem is, how far can the sniper travel on foot in the 5 minutes it takes to get the broadcast out and how many different people are driving this "clean" van or whatever, if it is part of this at all.

The Emergency sirens should be reserved as the highest warning.

Maybe an amber alert type system (which someone has suggested might work best) and it could be in place forever. The one good thing about the car radio is that it is its' own source of electricity.
