An al Qaeda suspect in custody in Belgium told American investigators he saw members of the terror organization training snipers in preparation for attacks on U.S. soil, a source told The Post last night.
One of the planned attacks targeted U.S. senators on a golf course.

"most terrorists would not have killed a 13-year-old boy and targeted him"
- Connie Chung.
Huh? Is she implying that terrorists have kind hearts when it comes to 13-year-olds?

The Democratic InvitationalAl Qaeda would never attack its die hard friends and supporters.
The interesting thing about a DemocRATic Invitational would be the scoring, however.
I'll bet that they would report more birdies, eagles and aces than Tiger ever dreamed about.

Can't vouch for how accurate the caption is, but the site www.photozion.com has a few pictures of Palestinian gunman comletely exposed. As well as the usual rock throwers.

If the government of the people will not protect the people, the people should and will, protect themselves. We are at war and the enemy lives in our midst, aided by those who refuse to accept the imminent danger surrounding them.
Well said and worth repeating bump.

Exactly. :)

Wow, that is one decked-out M4. I want one...maybe I can pull one off a dead Pallie once we go in to clear Arab house.

Sorry to put you in shock, but as you say, you were saying absurd things and trying to be absurd and I felt it my duty to congratulate you on your success.

I just heard the news about the three-man sniper teams reported on the Don Imus show.

OK, I'm still learning about weapons... What is the knobby looking thing just above the barrel?

Have you ever considered the possibility that the quote was sarcasm?

One of the planned attacks targeted U.S. senators on a golf course. Al Qaeda seems interested in targeting senators. Now, just who did that anthrax get sent to?
To: kattracks
Investigators plan to ask terror suspects held at the U.S. base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, whether the al Qaeda plot might be tied to the sniper murders in Virginia and Maryland.Investigators PLAN to ask? Why the delay? Nobody there thought this could be terrorist related before now?!

Yeah, I got it. I'm just poking a little fun. I tend to be a bit sarcastic myself. It's early and I hadn't turned my sarcasm detector on yet, nor had I turned my Gump activator off so I guess it's my fault.
Why is it always the white guy's fault.

Probably a light (about 99% sure). (Seems to have wires.) I have a 12 ga. pump for home defense and have a similar light on it.

Sarcasm! And reasonably funny. (Sorry, it might be very funny and pointed, it's early here and I'm just not awake. But I did recognize it as sarcasm!)
To: Do Be
It's always the white guy's fault because of our god-like abilities and powers. Non-white-guys figure that they have to blame us for everything because we were unable to make the world a perfect place.

Sources noted that some key information is being kept from the public because police want to keep it from the sniper, who they believe has been watching their press briefings and closely following media accounts of the investigation's progress. This was made clear by Montgomery County, Md., Police Chief Charles Moose following a recent tactical session with other Washington-area police chiefs, when he implored reporters not to reveal about any leaks from the meeting because the sniper is watching.
So use the media to steer the perps...
