Terror Site Provides Detailed Handbook for Kidnapping Americans
By Jeremy Reynalds (bio)

An Islamic terrorist web site, is hosting a guide providing detailed instructions on how to kidnap American citizens.

The handbook offers a variety of information, such as choosing an appropriate location and dealing with the need to properly stake out an area where a potential kidnapping is to take place; having the necessary "tools of the trade," and ways to mask the real location of an area where a kidnap victim is being taken.

Here are some of the instructions in the guide. To make for easier reading I have paraphrased them, as they are written in Arabic on the site, and I have made use of an online translation tool which while providing the gist of what is being said does so in a very stilted fashion.

For example. Under a heading of discipline and patience, the guide reads that for a successful kidnapping, it's important to follow directions and be patient. That includes selecting suitable individuals and studying them and their daily movements. After that, it's necessary to go to the locations that potential targets frequent and see if these areas would be suitable for a kidnapping. For example, the guide reads, does a location offer suitable cover? It is also important, the guide continues, for kidnapers to establish good communication between themselves.

As part of the procedure involved in checking out an area planned for a kidnapping, the writer of the guide encourages people to carefully check out anyone who appears to be new to the area; pay attention to any cars that appear to stop for long periods of time and any people who just look as if they are "hanging out, as well as "regulars." In addition, newer people in the area who look as if they're trying to make friends with the regulars should also be checked out.

Some of the necessary "tools of the trade" listed for a successful kidnapping are anesthetic along with syringes, strong "Al-Raafi'i 's wire," an electric stick or sprayer as well as dark glasses.

There are also detailed instructions given for the kidnaper once the abduction has taken place. The handbook writer points out that both audio and video recordings should be used to mask the true location of where the kidnap victim has been taken. For example, the writer says, take a cassette player out into a market place or busy roadway and record the hustle and bustle. The recording should then be played back to the kidnap victim to give the impression that he is being held in a busy area when in actuality he is in a desolate location such as a cave.

Of course, the handbook writer continues, the victim should not be allowed to approach the window to allow him to see what his real environment actually looks like. Kidnappers are also encouraged to try and disorient their victims by not allowing them to know what time it really is.

An Israeli Defense Force article about this guide points out that :

"The guide was apparently written by someone associated with Bin Laden's organization (the guide mentions ‘Al-Ansar' - a name used by Bin-Laden supporters). In addition, the influence of Hamas' is evident in the actual kidnapping ‘doctrine' itself. Some chapters from ‘A Guide to the Kidnapping of Israelis' which Hamas recently published on the Internet are used in their entirety in this guide to kidnapping Americans. This connection may demonstrate the affinity between Bin-Laden and the Hamas, which also prides itself on its ideological extremist Islamic line which is hostile towards the U.S., and which sees itself as the ‘head of world terror'"

The site is apparently hosted by dv2.com. Jeff Hinkle is listed as the contact. He may be reached at jhinkle@dv2.com or 1 (404) 230 9150. Additional contacts for dv2 are: sales@dv2.com, support@dv2.com, abuse@dv2.com.

dv2.com also appears to host other terrorist web sites. Those sites include www.purenectar.net, www.kataebq.com and www.jehad.net. An e- mail to Hinkle to comment was answered with a copy of an e mail he sent to the Atlanta Bureau of the FBI asking for commentt.

The contact person listed for the www.mojahedoon.net/vb/ site is: Abu Asad, Mojahid mojahedoon_webmaster@yahoo.com Mojahedoon Net Amman Str.74 Amman, Jordan.

Good Work, JRG. I know 'free speech' is important, but as far as I am concerned, the Jihadists can host their damn websites anywhere but here in Atlanta.

"It's already been reported. Now, when they come back and tell me that they are protected by the first ammendment,..."

I missed that. There is no 1st Amendment right to incite felonies.

I missed it in the article, thanks. And hopefully, they'll pass the info on to Mossad.

It looks like Hamas is already putting that manual to good use:

Hamas cell arrested for planning to kidnap IDF soldiers

By Baruch Kra and Jonathan Lis, Ha'aretz Correspondents
Thursday, October 17, 2002 Cheshvan 11, 5763

Four Hamas activists from the West Bank were recently arrested on suspicion of planning to kidnap IDF soldiers to use them as bargaining chips to gain the release of Palestinian detainees.

The four, arrested by the Shin Bet Security Service and police, will be held until the end of legal proceedings against them.

It is believed that the four were receiving instructions from Palestinians currently being held in the Ashkelon prison. The Shin Bet says that the four confessed to the scheme during their interrogation.

According to the Shin Bet, members of the cell received $10,000 for the purchase of weapons, ammunition and other equipment to carry out the operation. The four suspects are from the village of Nuema, which is north of Jericho.

Notice in the article: "The Shin Bet says that the four confessed to the scheme during their interrogation." I would bet the Israelis have interesting interrogation techniques. There are 4 guys who wish they could vacation down at Guantanamo with their other jihadist friends.

interregation procedures: keep them upright and against a wall, question 24/7 with rotating teams of interregators, allow no sleep, don't worry about the rats or the poorly drained cell. you get the idea. the threat of it alone is probably enough for most to throw in the towel.

This particular one is being hosted in St. Louis, MO (or less). Supposedly, it's operated by a fraternity.

Actually, it's being hosted in Atlanta at DV2.COM -- and this web site is being operated by a fraternity of murderers, monsters, and terrorists.

Try a ping and a traceroute.

C:\> ping mojahedoon.net
Pinging mojahedoon.net [209.51.153.141] with 32 bytes of data:
______________________________

According to Checkdomain.com, This IP address 209.51.153.141 belongs to NetDepot/DV2.COM in Atlanta.

Now, here's something even more interesting. Try a traceroute -- of 'tracert' if you  have a Windows PC. A traceroute back to the site http://www.mojahedoon.net/vb/  goes down a hole at Cogentco in Washington D.C. and stops.

Note: Cogentco is the home of the Chechen Mujhadeen: http://www.kavkaz.org -- hell-bent on overthrowing the Russian republic and replacing it with an Islamist state. They are broadcasting with fiber-optic connectivity. This is one of the most expensive ISPs (>$1000/month) that a jehadi webmaster could hire.

We can only hope that somewhere in Washington D.C. some vast Federal bureaucracy is monitoring every packet of every terrorist website as they are sent throughout the world to incite people to murder Christians and Jews, overthrow governments, terrorize populations, recruit, propagandize, and collect money to further the endless jehads.

Of course, this Federal bureaucracy must be fluent in Arabic. Most of the real Jehadi sites are in Arabic.

As I said in a private mailing to you earlier this evening, this is likely just a blocking of ICMP packets. Such packets are commonly used in Denial of Service attacks (called 'ping flood') and blocking all such packets, while harmful to legitimate users, is not at all uncommon. It would be nice to think that the Federals have it all under control, but I'm afraid we may all be more on our own than any of us wishes to be.

The web company DV2 contact is "Jeff Hinkle".....I know this guy! He lives around the corner from me...

His son was in my son's Cub Scout troop....(my son's graduated to Boy Scouts).

He is definitely not a jihadist, he's a conservative Christian....

I'll talk to him tonight and find out what's going on and report back!

I just called the a-hole on his cell phone at 1:20 AM East Coast Time (from 10:20 PM here in Upland). I asked him if he really has allowed a site that tells terrorists how to kidnap Americans. What a jerk. He told me I am about the 100,000th person to call him at all hours of the day and night. He claims he has no idea what something is in Arabic and if the FBI tells him to take it down, he will. Let's keep calling. He does not need to wait for the FBI.

We would have better luck reporting this to cub scouts.

The FBI is incompetent, flaccid, and criminalistic.

Witness:
WTC, the first time.
WTC, the second time.
Centennial Olympic Park bombing smear of Richard Jewell.
Ruby Ridge
OKC
Waco
TWA 800
AA 587
The anthrax mailings.
The DC sniper.
etc.
etc.
etc.

The Felonious Boobs and Idiots are more concerned with political correctness than those who seek to kill us.
