I have long thought that this was "Jihad", but of course the corollary is that if this is true, and when these terrorists are nabbed what does the government do then?

If the truth is announced, muslims all around the nation are going to have to hell to pay. And somehow I doubt that the Administration wants to fight two external wars -- Al Qaeda and Iraq (Al Qaeda's storehouse) -- AND a civil war.

This will be a very cold hard place for muslims -- and if there are more cells, or if there are more units within this cell, mosques around this country are in for some serious "insurance" problems.

I don't think this would move this president one iota from his open borders "let's let the 3rd world in" immigration policy.

Military trial. Public execution. What should have been done to Richard Reid. What was done to six Nazi agents in WW2 (except for the public part, alas), who didn't come nearly as close to killing a bunch of Americans as Reid did.

I know what I wouild do. Immediately deport all non-citizens and illegal aliens. Close all mosques. Issue an Executive Order deputizing all American citizens and empowering them to carry loaded firearms. Issue weapons to everyone who wants one who can pass a security test. Issue letters of mark for open season on muslim terrorists, and waiver of liability if "mistakes" are made. Of course, this will not happen until far in the future.

Please excuse the hyperbole. I'm pissed.
