If that's true, I bet the rent that the shooter was less than 100 yards away.....

If the truth is announced, muslims all around the nation are going to have to hell to pay. And somehow I doubt that the Administration wants to fight two external wars -- Al Qaeda and Iraq (Al Qaeda's storehouse) -- AND a civil war. I don't think this would move this president one iota from his open borders "let's let the 3rd world in" immigration policy.

Thank you.

I knew Mr. Bridges personally, about 10 years ago... he was kinda light-complected.

"Okay, you can put it on red. Now, what's different?" Exactly! I live in the midst of it and any of us can see that there is exactly nothing that any of them could do that is not being done. If you expect that new government outfit to make you safe you had better be prepared for a huge let down. In the meanwhile we have lost more freedoms than we will ever recover.
Take a clue from Israel. With all their capabilities and intelligence and skill from dealing with it for age-years can they keep anyone safe? They have always been socialists so they do not have the freedoms to lose which we have already given up.

Nice thought... but there's no Saul owned properties over in Bowie, Maryland where the school kid was shot...
But there's a Michaels over there...
That's why I believe the pattern is beginning to reveal itself... Michaels is likely the key here...
Now we just have to figure out if it's a "grudge" crime, or whether there is something more abstract about the linkage (some have suggested his name is Michael).

"If the rifling isn't "fast" enough for the bullet weight, it is highly unstable & will tumble when it hits ANYTHING. Or the projectile can be specially designed to tumble - see 836"
Does tumbling mean rolls into target rather than slice though.. (Iick)

Don't make sense if they have witnesses to a shooting and a vehicle description, they next question the cops ask is, "which way did it go?" And the chief stated multiple time, they did not have a direction of travel of the shooter....Don't add up... Sure it does. Perhaps the witness only saw the van while it was across the parking lot and didn't see where it went upon exiting the parking lot. It all depends on where the witness was, his or her perspective, and whether or not there were other buildings, trees or vehicles blocking the view.

You're exactly right that the inside of a barrel looks like a spiral. If you take a ribbon and "zip" it with some scissors, then pull the ribbon slightly, that's what the rifling looks like. When you see terminology like 1:9 or 1:12 (one in nine or one in twelve), etc. that means there's one complete twist every 9 or 12 or whatever inches.

or if they are watching cell members.

Beats a twister. At least your home is in the same county when it's over.

I didn't know you could specifically design a firearm to make an FMJ tumble. Thanks - ya learn something new everyday. My experience with frag/tumbling was with shooting the 5.45x39 round, which can be even meaner than the .223.

Michael's is owned by the Wyly family, who also control GreenMountain.com, an energy company.
St. Michael is the patron saint of policeman and soldiers, he is invoked against "the powers of evil" by Catholics, and he is also a figure in Islam.

Drudge is so tiresome, always with a sensational headline regardless of the truth.

"Task Force has a number of suspects under surveillence..."
My sister was just saying on the phone that something was going on with lots of police around Montrose (I was assuming
Montrose Road).S She said rumors were that he might live in that area.
Maybe they were checking to see if someone was home?

We have a serial killer down here who supposedly drives a white chevy truck,,you would be shocked to know that every other car here is just that,,we are all driving around looking at literally hundreds of them. Vans that are white must be the same kind of thing. Yep. A very common vehicle type and color. All the more reason for a terrorist (or an intelligent whackjob) use one.

"So if you're the government, with all these pans on the stove coming to boil, what do you do?"Honestly, why has our country not been asked to defend itself internally yet? In our past, there have been state militias, citizen soldiers, etc.
We're getting to the point where the govt should really ask all able-bodied men (and women) who are capable of fighting on the home front to get organized.
