...well, whaddya know. The Dose is as influential as Oprah's book club. Let me know what you think of FB and perhaps I'll finally be persuaded go go out and purchase a copy.

...other than it being great, I mean. Is it a quick read? Etc. thanks ;-)

Speaking of Oprah, has anyone been over to her site since that one night???

In All seriousness......... The Nobel Peace prize lost whatever credibility it had when Yassir Arafat was given it. Here is a man that had been nothing but a terrorist all his life and all of sudden the people who are responsible for nominating and deciding who gets the Nobel Peace Prize announces that Yassir Arafat just because he was willing to sit down and sign a document he had no intent of honoring.
Yes I agree, George W. Bush is not a candidate for such an award. He is a leader who doesn't need some no-count bunch of socialist liberals including him in their leftist circle jerk.
My bet is that George W. Bush probably snickered at the news of Jeema Catta being honored by a bunch of socialist liberals who couldn't & wouldn't defend themselves from the least of threats. Jeema Catta is in good company

Our Dubya looks so tired in some of the pictures. Good to see him and his beautiful lady having some fun and relaxing.

You mean since the show that basically laid out a case for invading Iraq? Yeah, I went over and checked out the website. I watched the "After the Show" feature. You could tell the audience was fairly convinced of what we have to do.
But of course, there was the ever-present "I don't like Bush even though I agree with him and he's doing the right thing" disclaimer that every liberal feels they have to slip into any public event. Oprah didn't do it. It was one of the guys that she had as a guest. I think he may have been part of the x42 administration. I'm not sure. Anyway, he was making the case for going to war when he quoted some other stupid liberal columnist's cheap line, "Saddam Hussein is a huge threat...even though George Bush says he is." (meaning if Bush says something, it's usually not true, I guess)
The audience laughed their self-satisfied laughs, and I just though...what a bunch of righteous snobs. They're evidently above saying, "You know what? The president is right and we were wrong."
How sophisticated of them.

Some of us went to her site that night and registered on the message board to try to counter-balance what DU was doing to her. They were downright nasty...I should probably go back and check.
And self-righteous snobs says it all, doesn't it?

Is it a quick read? Yes, I think so. It is 383 pages--double spaced. I would LOVE to just sit down and read it straight through. I crave the details and it gives a lot of other information on what was going on 9/11 in other quarters...

Yes it does. But I could think of a few more descriptive terms should the need arise...
To: lizbet
Groovy. I like the little details surrounding big events like 9/11, too.
To: reDublican
GROOVY????? You said GROOVY???????? hahahahahahaha (good one)
To: MJY1288
Jeema Catta is in good company
On that same note, so is George W. Bush
Runs Rings around Rosalyn (how's that for alliteration?)
To: Brad's Gramma
There's nothing wrong with groovy.
In fact, the president is quite groovy.
:-)
To: reDublican
OK, that big word hurt.
I'm going to put some ice on my head and go to bed. Yowsers! :-)
Nite all!
To: Brad's Gramma
Night, BWG. (remember that?)
To: reDublican
I'm not here, remember? If I was though, I'd have to answer No.
AllTheTimers???? I'm starting to think so....(with me, I mean)
To: Brad's Gramma
It's the "Wonderful" we (I) stuck into your screenname so your initials would be the reverse of GWB. It's the kind of thing that lonely, pathetic Bushbots such as myself do to keep ourselves occupied on Friday nights...
...when we're not holding conversations with our cats.
Goodnight, John Boy.
