Is it a quick read? Yes, I think so. It is 383 pages--double spaced. I would LOVE to just sit down and read it straight through. I crave the details and it gives a lot of other information on what was going on 9/11 in other quarters...

Yes - it is a quick read. Shammon has a delightfully clear writing style. I don't know if that comes naturally to him, or if he has to push it through 73 revisions.

I basically read the entire book the first night I got it. First time in a while I've done that. A precious combination of compelling and liquid clear.
