PJ, even if it cannot be definitively said at this point that the shooter or shooters are what we would characterize as "terrorists", the for-all-intents-and-purposes greater fallout of this is that it is starting to effect the mindset, economics and stability of the National Capital Region. Therefore we must unfortunately begin to refer to this as "terrorism" because in a defacto sense it is. Further it is more than "Maryland" shootings at this point, it is "US CAPITAL AREA-SHOOTINGS". This is clear.

You must have missed the long threads (600-700 messages and even higher) from the past several days. There was lots of speculation, theorizing, map analysis, and the like. If someone has the list of threads, maybe they can repost it here.

My ex and daughter live in Calvert Co. MD. She told me she has seen more cops on rte.4 since this has started than she had when she first moved there. They are sitting at 4 and Suitland Pkwy, and on the bridge over the Patuxent on 4 at Waysons Corner ever since the shootings began. Just sitting there waiting for something to break. I dont know if other major intersections are equally covered, but they should be.
