October 10, 2002 -- Cops were examining the Psycho Sniper's tarot death card with the mocking words, "Dear policeman, I am God" - amid fears the killer may have struck again last night.

Detectives from the sniper task force rushed to Manassas, Va., where a man was shot to death at a Sunoco station.

Wayne hicks seems like a normal, decent guy, but that DOC character is very bitter, IMHO a nasty piece of work...

I checked out some of his other posts (whew!) on the Sierra boards. Toms of them - but he stoppes posting there in 2001. His profile shows he hails from NC and had a hotmail address, which I used to link to another board alias on a seperate site; ther"Herr Doktor" carries a few grudges around...(he made one post to the board, it reeks of "disgrumblement")
