BREAKING: One more shooting in DC area

FOXNEWS just reported that another shooting has happened in the DC area (Prince George?). A man was shot an killed at a gas station.

I now doubt that it was a shotgun, since the spokesman stated that they do not think the earlier birdshot through the windshield incident was related. They drew no such distinction between the other killings and this one.

My bet would be that since they didn't say, It's linked to the other sniper attacks. They did not say one way or the other. I believe 5 people now have been shot at gas stations

They said the victim is still on the scene. They may suspect it to be a rifle shot, but you could see a lot of blood and maybe there's a big exit wound, so they want to be certain before they say for sure.

Thank you. While my sis who works for the PD lives in Rockville, baby sis is closer to shootings. She lives 5 minutes form Thursdays shootings and occasionally uses the Mobil where the Indian man was killed. My niece is at Richard Montgomery. Sis said helicopters and police were everywhere at pick up yesterday.

It's just all too frightening. I've been wondering if I've been handling this properly cuz I worry so. But I feel the same as you do. I haven't been back in years but it's still home in a very real way.

Praying constanly and staying on here at FR and calling my sisters helps.

Yeah, but forget the exit wound, the entry hole is what they are lookin at ......And I would bet the rent, they already know if it was a rifle or shotgun. That much would be clear to any homicide detective........

Interesting theory, but some of these killings don't fit the car dealership/gas station/Michaels scenario. School shooting, bench sitter(in front of a Post Office), Montgomery & Prince William Co. isn't the area that would be associated with support of oil companies or hostile to the environmental movement.

It might make sense, however, if it is a couple of ecowacko's who grew up in the Montgomery Co. area and had a grudge against their hometown area.
