Fox news just reported, Ashcroft is asking NJ officials to explain why they are not following federal election laws in regards to military ballots in the switch and bait ruling.
This might get interesting

Fighting against this ruling can be done in other ways besides changing your whole campaign strategy to make it your prime issue. Now that I agree with completely. I think Forrester can beat his opponent easily without mentioning the NJSC decision, all while letting his lawyers fight it out in court.

he can attack his crappy voting record and stance on many issues very dear to so many in the country in the post 9/11 world.
He should definitely point out his opponents record, but I think his primary goal should be to make this election a referendum on the election and what was done by the Democrats. He should be running against the Democratic powerbrokers who abused the system and portray Lautenberg as a poor old fellow who got sucked up in this scheme.
To: Arkinsaw
Agreed. I'd let the lawyers fight it out in court and Forrester doesn't have to mention it very often, unless asked by the press.

You are deliberately misstating the law in Florida. If Ms. Harris did not resign before she became a candidate she would be automatically removed from her post. The suit against her was mute.
To: hchutch
The key is to place the other side into that position FAR more often than we are placed in that position.
I agree completely. But I think that the New Jersey situation should be viewed as just another brick in the wall rather than a fundamental shift to focus on it and all else be damned attitude that I am seeing here.

Oh you bad boy,
Speak the truth...

Fox needs to re-run the Hillary interview. The Democrats would not let Gulianni stay on as mayor in an emergency because of legal deadlines in the election laws! Someone has to run the clip, and have MaCalliuf or Dashole try to explane that one!
NO set of laws for Democrats, the rest for Republicans?
To: BuddhaBoy
The Democrats dont care if their President gets blow jobs in the oval office, all they care about is winning. The Liberals count on Republicans to worry about someone saying bad things about them, so they run for cover instead of doing the people's business.
You are 1oo percent right. Perhaps we should have let Algore have FL so the Dems could not say the Supreme Court handed Bush the Presidency.

Thank you so much for reminding us about her heinous' statement regarding Rudy. Perhaps that explains why she has made NO comment at all on this matter. Be nice if the suck-up media actually sought her out and questioned her on this decision by the NJSC.

The suit against Harris was MOOT!!! sorry bout that

Nice words - but the last time I looked - I never saw a RAT that was afraid to look like a partisan and it's worked very well by making the Republicans bend over backwards trying to be the 'gentleman and lady'!
In this world you need to stand up for what is right and what you believe in.
Playing nice has not worked before and it won't work now!
The more you give in to a RAT - the more they demand! Look what 'in your face' tactics they're pulling right now. They expect us to shut up and be nice about it - so they can do it again.

Be nice if the suck-up media actually sought her out and questioned her on this decision by the NJSCThe media today are mere stenographers for the DNC - they write down whatever they say without any investigative work - it's a lazy way to make a living.

Oh, what a great way to end the day.......seeing Hitlery hoist on her own petard!!!

Sure, and when the press does ask he should just shrug his shoulders, smile, and say that he is just a man fighting a Democratic machine with replaceable parts. Toricelli, Lautenberg, Joe Blow, it doesn't matter because they are all just functionaries reading a script.

She actually said:"If we allow one to person change the deadlines, everyone would be doing it." PLEASE, if you do nothing else all hear of a charitable nature - PLEASE send this to Rush, Fox, Miss Marple (who is collecting stuff for Forrester to use), anyone else you can think of who can get this little reminder out. You have an excellent memory.

AND....the NJSC kept bringing up NY law during the trial. They forgot the "Gulianni Law" and Hillary's demand to obey deadlines, aye?
