Just go to the tools part of your browser that lets you manager your cookies. For example, in Netscape that is Tasks/Privacy & Security/Cookie Manager/View Stored Cookies. Go to www.dilbert.com and delete it. You can then vote again.

In general, you ought to weed out the cookies in your Browser about once per week.

I would say that FReepers are having a significant effect on this poll, else a lot of Dilbert fans (and theire are a lot of them) have turned overwelmingly conservative. :)
