The Taliban-News.com is broadcasting from IP address 64.191.5.199 -- Burst.net in Scranton, Pennsylvania. This ISP is the former home of Azzam.com. Burst.net is also home to several other terrorist websites -- most notably the forums of ClearGuidance at
http://forums.clearguidance.com/ at IP address 64.191.5.198. Here's a

The ClearGuidance forum is no longer open to the public. A mole inside their forum found this quote from Azzam:
"We are terrorists, and terror is an obligation in the book of Allah. Let the west and east know that we are terrorists and we strike fear: "Against them make ready your strength to the utmost of your power. Including steeds of war to strike terror into (the hearts of) the enemies of Allah and your enemies.." (8:60)
So Terror is an obligation in the creed of Allaah SWT" -- Sheikh Abdullah Azzam

By the end of July 2002, the Americans concluded that there was no useful intelligence to be gleaned from leaving our site open and they decided that enough was enough. No useful intelligence could be gleaned from Azzam's lies and half-baked propaganda.
