Coverup.
Doesn't Byrd think coverup is another word for "white hood?"

Making insinuations about the president's motives and claiming that he is trying to distract attention from 'domestic problems' is the "height of patriotism," claims Democrats.
What a bunch of opportunistic scum.

...Byrd said his belief in the Constitution will prevent him from voting for Bushs war resolution. But I am finding that the Constitution is irrelevant to people of this administration.Byrd is an a$$. the democrat party has nothing but contempt for the constitution. Byrd is a complete 3ucking a$$!

Is Senator Byrd off the reservation or is this a Democratic talking point? I assume that they wouldn't be dumb enough to play this one but I could be wrong.

That is the symbol of the Sourthern Klan, I think. Was Byrd in that branch?
Mister Byrd is denying the reality that Saddam need only farm out one nuke to Islamicists for detonation off the Lake coast of Chicago, to bring this nation to the brink if not the abyss of anarchy. Mister Byrd, it's time for you to go!

The sheer brazen hypocricy of these people takes ones breath away. These are the same ones who found Saddam guilty and deserving of removal in 1998.

Dunno about which branch wears which symbol Im not a Klan expert.

Well there you have it folks!! The RATS talking points!! I guess the EVIL AXIS are dictating the RATS talking points...FREAKIN UNBELIEVABLE!! I guess 9-11 was a figment of our imagination! And to think the american people are STILL willing to vote these BASTARDS in office is UNREAL!! SEEING RED IN TEXAS!!

So Byrd is worried about the stock market. So does that mean he's going to vote for a capital gains tax cut?
No, didn't think so.
Byrd is a senile old coot. He's an embarrassment to himself, but let's hope he keeps coming on out and talking. The more he talks, the fewer seats the Rats will have in the Senate this coming January.

How many civilians would die in Iraq? Ooooo Ooooo I know! Raises Hand.
Only 1 or 2... maybe Jerry Rivers.

Ooops...AXIS OF EVIL=EVIL AXIS...which ever take your pick

This administration, all of a sudden, wants to go to war with Iraq, Byrd said. The [political] polls are dropping, the domestic situation has problems.... So all of a sudden we have this war talk, war fervor, the bugles of war, drums of war, clouds of war.

You know I can't believe the unbelievable stupidity of the Republican party that we don't advertise that one of the Top Dems was a grand Dragon in America's ghettoes round the clock.

Should the United States act alone? Good point Senator Byrd, The administration has not done enough to enlist the support of "white trash". *nudge* *wink* You know what I mean Senator Byrd, don't you.
To: syriacus
Isn't this the same Senator Byrd who, on national television, admitted that Clinton was guilty in impeachment, but that he would not vote to remove Clinton from office? Sounds like Mr 'I pull out my little copy of the Constitution whenever I get a traffic ticket' Byrd wouldn't vote properly even if the proof was Saddam admitting on CNN that he was responsible for the bomb that just leveled New York.
To: syriacus
Byrd said Congress needs solid evidence and answers to several specific questions, including: * Does Saddam Hussein pose an imminent threat to the U.S.? Ummmm Senator .. when Saddam passes his little bag of goodie to the Capital .. Will that be enough solid evidence??
