Komrade Klinton's REAL WAR CRIMES ARE THE UNPROVOKED AND COWARDLY BOMBING OF SERBIA IN 1999. THIS CEMENTED HIS UNOPPOSED CLAIM TO BE THE AMERICAN ADOLF HITLER.
But he is much too much of a Euro elitist darling to ever get indicted by an institution whose goal (eradication of national sovereignty) he heartily supports/
This fish-wrap boiler-plate propaganda is the kind of fallacious poison easily found on the pages of the NY Times. This fact causes one to ponder what kind of blackmail was applied to the Washington Times to force them to ink this blatant first-class distortion under their banner.
In a poor attempt to elicit fear and trembling the article asserts there's "....the possibility Mr. Clinton and several of his other top administration officials will be indicted by the Balkans war crimes tribunal."
Now hold on here.
Let's set the ground rules.
If this should come to pass, as it rightly should, American taxpayers will be made to pay the legal expense for the liar and his gutter-scum lackeys. But here's the rub. If and when it were found the liar had knowledge of and approved of war crimes against defenseless citizens, the American taxpayer should expect the government to recoup all legal expenses from the assets of war criminals pretending to represent America at the time of their crimes against humanity. We should and - as a matter of precedence - we must, collect all legal fees from his assets if his actions exceeded the limited legal authority we extend to the president. Although the president is, in a time of declared war, commander-in-chief of the military, his directives must be consistent with recognized standards of warfare. Acting beyond those standards, without the approval of the taxpayers representatives, must relieve the American taxpayer from any financial or other liability caused by the liar, or his minions.
The writer argues, "The decision last year by the ruling coalition government in Zagreb to hand Gen. Gotovina over to The Hague tribunal has sparked a political crisis in this small country. While the general remains in hiding, the popularity of Socialist Prime Minister Ivica Racan has plummeted."
So what!
The strings to the NATO/UN Croatian puppet ( financed by the taxpaying puppets in America ) are coming unraveled. As expected. This fact has nothing to do with Gen Gotovina. Rather, it has everything to do with a clear absence of domestic autonomy and sovereignty.
"Gen. Gotovina was indicted in June 2001 by the prosecutor's office at The Hague on charges that he exercised "command responsibility" over a 1995 military operation that resulted in the expulsion of 150,000 ethnic Serbs from Croatia. Supported by the Clinton administration, Croatian forces launched a massive, three-day military offensive known as "Operation Storm" on Aug. 4, 1995, in which Croatia recovered territories occupied by rebel Serbs following the country's drive for independence from Yugoslavia in 1991."
The Pot Calling The Kettle Black???
The liar and his gang allege Slobodan Milosevic is a war criminal for his attempt to move muslims out of Yugoslavia. Here we find "ethnic cleansing" led by the liar working had in glove with a thug like Gotovina crowned with the title 'general' to accomplish the same deed. Misnamed Called 'Operation Storm', it was actually an iron-fisted 'Operation Stormtroopers', starkly reflective of SS campaigns of terror on innocent men, women and children.
"The Clinton foreign policy team rightly"....?????...."concluded that the only way to tilt the strategic balance of power in the Balkans against the Serbs was to arm and unleash the Croatian army." Here the writer's psychic and creative writing skills are unleashed without shame. He tells us there was a civil war in Yugoslavia, and unlike the English or French in our Civil War, we "....rightly...." move in full-bore in support of an ethnic group {Croatians) attempting to secede from Yugoslavia, to "....restore...." a non-existent 'Croatian' territory.
An unintended consequence of this stupidity gives China standing to assist Mexico in 'restoring' lands now under the American flag. The open holes in this story could swallow a car.
The writer asserts: "The Bush administration has become increasingly concerned with the implications of the Gotovina case for the United States. The State Department is now urging the tribunal's chief prosecutor, Carla Del Ponte, to send cases involving Croatian military officials back to the domestic courts in Zagreb. But Mrs. Del Ponte has refused to cooperate, insisting that Gen. Gotovina be arrested and sent to The Hague."
He then attempts the role of a jurist declaring, "That would be a mistake. The indictment is deeply flawed and should be dropped immediately."
It doesn't matter that the peons reading this garbage haven't been offered a crumb of specific knowledge about the offenses - that would only spoil the story. It would also make clear the 'general' did what we allege in our charges against Slobodan Milosevic. Honest facts have a way of breaking down lies.
The most laughable part of this whole cloth defense of the liar is the writer's miserably failed attempt to marry Operation Stormtroopers to our action in Afghanistan. There is no logical or legal link to action against international terrorists on the one hand, and the intentional interference with the internal civil unrest in a sovereign nation by a liar who would be king. He is, as usual, guilty as sin.
Finally, in his second attempt at reader fear and trembling, the writer suggest, "There will be nothing preventing the International Criminal Court from making U.S. officials responsible for isolated criminal acts that have been committed by Northern Alliance troops."
My association with members of the FR doesn't make me responsible for their actions. But that doesn't stop anyone with a pen from writing bottom dwelling scun sucking editorials masked as news.
Never fear, it'll never happen. He'll never be tried for anything, no matter how many Freepers want it. He's sold his soul to the Devil, and will live a long and prosperous life on this earth. Goat's Head Soup. (After that, I'd rather be me than he.)
