THE DEMOCRAT PARTY IS BEYOND CORRUPT, IT'S ALSO EVIL WARNS JIM ROBINSON IN SCATHING ATTACK OF TRUTH

The Democrat Party is beyond corrupt, It's also evil.

And what is this evil that triumphs when good men do nothing? What are we really talking about here and is it worth fighting for? Is it worth turning our heads and allowing evil to continue on while we do nothing? (and I count voting for a third party candidate when knowing that he has absolutely no chance of defeating the Democrat, and worse, actually planning and hoping to knock out the Republican candidate who otherwise might have defeated the Democrat, as doing nothing).

Corruption is accepting campaign cash from the Chinese in exchange for military hardware. Corruption is accepting campaign cash as bribes from Indonesian power brokers, from Buddhist Monks, from corrupt corporate moguls. Corruption is defined by the myriad criminal acts and practices of the Clintons and the Gores and their corrupt Democrat minions.

Corruption is the land grabs, the power grabs, the gun grabs, the bribery, the shady deals, the high crimes and treason. Corruption is the theft of campaign dollars through forced labor union deductions. Corruption is the systematic indoctrination of several generations of our youth with socialist dogma via government school systems. Corruption is the removal of God from public life and substituting in the evil homosexual/feminist agenda and the destruction of moral society. Corruption is lying to the public about global warming and the selling of the Kyoto treaty. Corruption is giving up our national sovereignty to the United Nations. Corruption is the abuses of office, obstruction of justice, lying, perjury and subornation of perjury.

The Democrat Party is thoroughly corrupt. There is no question about that, but it's way beyond corrupt. It's also evil.

Waco was evil. The killing of innocent men, women, children and babies is evil. Torturing them for weeks on end, gassing them, and then burning them alive is pure evil. This was perpetrated by a corrupt and evil Democrat Administration and covered-up by corrupt and evil Democrat Congressmen and Senators, many of whom you are saying should be allowed to remain in office even today.

And as bad as that is, it pales in comparison to the Democrat government sanctioned and funded wholesale slaughter of the most innocent life of all, the murder of innocent human life in the womb. This is evil. Pure evil. And this evilness is openly perpetrated by a thoroughly corrupt and evil Democrat Party. The same corrupt and evil Democrat Congress and Judiciary whom you are now saying deserve to remain in office.

IMHO, allowing these Democrats to remain in power is aiding and abetting the corruption and treason, and is acting as an accessory before and after the fact to the murderers of innocent human life. Is doing nothing and allowing this evil to triumph evil itself?

I love my country. I love the Constitution. I love life. I love God. I know that the Democrats hate my country, hate the Constitution, hate God and hate human life. I see that the only Party capable of blocking and defeating the evil Democrats is the Republican Party. I see that many races are so close that as little as a one percent siphon of conservative votes to a third party could be the difference between success and failure. I see allowing a Democrat to remain in power when it could have been prevented as a triumph of evil.

"...wouldn't it be worth it to do what we can to provide said majority in the Senate this November..."

Do you know of any Senate candidates who are campaigning on strict conservative principles? Are there any Republican candidates who will oppose the types of liberal policies championed by our Republican president? (See post #963 for a brief list.) If not, what other evidence can you give us that a GOP majority will be any different?

The vast majority of truly conservative Republicans never even make it past the primaries, if they even make it that far. To bring about any real change, the Republican Party will need to be completely over-hauled. It is sheer fantasy to assume that GOP politicians will magically become conservative once they get elected. That is exactly the kind of twisted logic that has put us in the mess we're in now.

"...what other evidence can you give us that a GOP majority will be any different?"

Apparently you didn't even read what I said in #973, becuz I was pointing out that the House-generated legislation is quite different than the Senate-generated legislation, and that is what indicates to me that working hard to put GOP Senators in control is worthwhile, IMHO.

"To bring about any real change, the Republican Party will need to be completely over-hauled."

I'm not denying that there are far too many RINOs in the Senate, but your proposal fer completely over-haulin' the GOP apparently is to elect DemonRATS...and that's cutting off yer nose to spite yer face!! The time fer over-haul is in the primaries, becuz any Senator who votes for Dasshole as Majority Leader is an anti-American Socialist PUNK and doesn't deserve anything other than our undying disgust!!

"I presented an idea - one that wasn't Republican or Democrat, or any other party's notion - that is apparently unwelcome on this forum. My belief is this: that we cannot trust a political party - ANY political party - with any great amount of power, because political parties are about nothing but power. Given enough power, the Republicans would become as corrupt and evil as the Democrats. Maybe it was my comparing the Bush-bots to the Clintonistas. Maybe it was my stating that Free Republic is fast becoming as wildly extremist as Democratic Underground. Or maybe it was my admission that, yes, I *will* vote for Erskine Bowles for U.S. Senator from North Carolina. Between the two major contenders, Bowles is the only one who is a real resident of this state... and my sentiments for North Carolina far outweigh the "needs" of any political party."

Sorry to see Darth Sidious gone, but if he re-reads his "explanation", I think perhaps he'll realize where he stepped over the line. FR.com is far from "becoming as wildly extremist as the DemonRAT Underground" and to make such an absurd assertion invites dismissal.

That said, I've had my posting privileges revoked before and I didn't think it was fair either...but after a month-long period of reflection and lurkin', I was able to convince JimRob that I was worthy of re-instatement and have enjoyed 3+ years of continuous--there've been a few close calls...)8^D!--FReepin' since.

Darth, I hope you do the same.

I did read that post, and I simply don't care what bills were House-generated or not. The fact is the Republican-controlled House passed legislation like the Ptariot Act, Campaign Finance Reform, huge increases in education spending, more farm subsidies, etc.

"I simply don't care what bills were House-generated or not."

Well then, my FRiend, I believe yer thinkin' with yer heart and not yer head in this debate...there is boucoups conservative legislation that the House has produced only to be bottled up by the RAT-controlled Senate. The only way we can free up that legislation and get it to Dubyuh's desk is to wrest control of the Senate from Dasshole's RATS!! Sure, I'd love it if you and me could decree that as of 5 PM today, the 9th and 10th Amendments were to take full effect and all un-constitutional laws were hereby abolished...but that ain't the way politics works.

Does someone have to always vote Republican to be a conservative Answer: Yes.

Obviously you are clueless as to what has happened politically in the last 70+ years or so. Dumbocrats (with few exceptions) have defined themselves as left of center to extreme left. They are the ones who have been infiltrated by socialists and other left wing hacks (since the FDR era). They have taken up all kinds of anti traditional religious views for example promoting abortion and calling it privacy rights or seeking to bridle free markets so that they can control the social agenda of the nation. True, the first progressives found a home in the Republican Party (see TR etc) but since FDR and even before that Wilson, the left has firmly controlled the Democrats.

I couldn't agree more that Democrats are evil but as an independent voter I have to look at the Republican response to this evil and it seems to me that either they are protecting their options or they think that pursuing these evil acts will cost them politically. It was relatively easy for Clinton to create a "reality" at the World Trade Center (I), Waco, Oklahoma City, Vince Foster, and Flight 800 and the Republicans have decided to punt which leaves me stuck in Wonderland with Alice. Should I choose the lesser of two evils, opt out completely, or vote for something, as Monty Python would say, completely different? Or should I ask the question, "What do you have to offer?"
