Yeah, I sound crazy. Insomnia has had me up for 38 straight hours. I'm a little crazy. A little beside myself. I'll admit it. I can't get right.
But I'll be all right. I guess.
Does anyone else hear a phone ringing?
;^)
NattieShea sounds like a kid anyone would be very proud of.
I hope when my daughter gets old enough, she can be a little FReeper as well!

Carry_Okie and NattieShea: what a warm and wonderful story to read on today's "A Few Of FR's Finest" thread! Just when I get to feeling down in the dumps and without hope, along comes a story such as yours to knock me upside the head.
Yes, there ARE people that care about what's going on with the world (hence, Free Republic!) and there ARE young Americans who (with the grace of God and homeschooling) are intelligent, rational-thinking and have faith in God who would be more than capable of running this country when they are old enough.
How many times have people my age (and, I'm not saying how old) sit around wringing their hands and wondering what is going to happen to the United States when the youth comes of age? All we hear about are the bad things our young ones do. Very rarely do we hear about the accomplishments of our finest young Americans such as you, NattieShea.
Great big {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} to you and your sister and parents. Thank-you for making my day!
It was a pleasure to meet you and your two beautiful girls. Blessed they are.
NattieShea is so bright and intelligent, I couldn't have been more honored to meet the child who keyed that wonderful thread.
Lastly, thanks for this moving thread. Your eloquence, and her's, has made my eyes well up with joy. A joy only brought on by the thought that the world might just be alright with such wonder about to take the wheel.
