There have been some tremendous photo montages posted on FR today, in remembrance of 9/11/01. All of them are touching. I don't know about any of the rest of you, but I'm having a hard time not collapsing into tears today. I love this country, and I love my fellow citizens who understand the greatness of this country. God bless you all.

Captured this clip from the Shanksville ceremony today. President and Mrs. Bush are in the fadeout singing
The Battle Hymn of the Republic.

Thanks for the photos. There is a huge flag on the side of the World Financial Center tower that overlooks Ground Zero that looks really great. I will try to get that pic and post it here on my way home. Also, there is a really nice big flag outside the NYSE building that looks great.
These pics bring tears to my eyes. I Love this country.

Thanks Dallas, these pictures are an inspiration. People in New York are still suffering, I know, my cousin was lost and his family is hurting terribly. His parents are hurting so badly. His sister with whom he was very close (neither had families of their own) just was diagnosed with MS, and this after losing a kidney six months ago! His parents are having the rocky time that comes with a loss like this. I think of them and multiply it out by three thousand plus souls and their families still hurting. But we are a tough bunch. We must pray, and then act decisively in all things. V's wife.
