what channel is it on?
To: TXnMA
McVeigh said in that interview he gave that the only thing that ever bothered him was killing an Iraqi soldier in the Gulf War while he considered the OKC people collateral damage.
To: TXnMA
Yeah, and this dead bird I saw a year ago was definitely killed by Iraqi's(excuse me,
possibly killed by Iraqi's).
Geez, how many BS stories are they gonna put out on this! lol

KFOR Jayna Davis stuff. She's cute. "Dead bang" connection? What's that?
To: TXnMA
GVS: Why would prosecutors skip evidence? JD: Innocent screwup?
GVS: Why is this being ignored now? JD: I was turned away in 97. Never followed up on 99. Hope that congress will take it up now.

That was pretty compelling info this Jayna Davis of ksor has.

It's been an interesting time watching this story slowly come to mainstream. If accurate, and I think it may be, this sheds light on the past administration's usage of the crime.
The OKC bombing was used as the springboard for the Xlin-Ton people to declare cultural war on militias, Christians, guns - the right wing in general. You know, the traditional enemies of marxists.
This killed many birds with one stone including covering-up the ineptness of that administration. The truth of who planned and executed the OKC murders should be thouroghly investigated. IMHO.

The Friday WSJ Editorial Board segment on CNBC last week had a Senior Editor who had been going over much material on the OKC Bombing and was giving some pretty big hints that there were a lot of unanswered questions and there was a possibility that there was foreign involvement! The implication that they might be chasing a developing story seemed pretty clear!

We're being funneled into the pen by experts.
Those of us who are usually (sneeringly) called "tin foil hatters" have read since 1997 (maybe '98) about McVeigh's meetings with "former" Iraqi soldiers who were settled in or near OKC. We've read about their meetings in local bars and the wad of money McVeigh was flashing shortly before the bombing.
Some of us even predicted that this information will come out if the government decides it needs a war with Iraq.
As for CNN, Fox and WJS, when they start reporting on the involvement of Dr. Louis Jolyen West (late court appointed psychiatrist of Jack Ruby, expert witness on mind control at Patti Hearst's trial and "former" MKUltra director) we'll start believing in their independent investigative skills. In the meantime, I think it's strange that these three particular news organizations come to the story now; CNN catches people on the left, Fox catches those on the right and the Wall Street Journal is aimed at mainstream. Very clever, these news releasers.

Yep. I caught that segment. I'm glad Jayna Davis hasn't let this drop. I suspect details will dribble out over the next couple of months, as the facts of the Iraqi involvement will bolster the case against Saddam.
The gov't can just claim that they were investigating it all along...no coverup here!
I always knew something seemed missing in the gov't theory of the OKC bombing, and I don't consider myself a tinfoiler. It all fits together--the missing John Doe #2, McVeigh's strange quasi-pacifism and Iraqi sympathies, etc.

Seems this is finally being made public. We have been discussing this on FR for quite some time. I suppose the reason it is being told now is to help prepare the way to attack Iraq, which will be the second phase of the War on Terror, and not just a separate war as has been suggested.

If there was anything new in this interview, let us know. Thanks.gg
