These prayer points were distributed this past Sunday at the church where I am a member.

Usually, talking points irritate me. However, these are wonderful and taken to heart. Thanks for helping organize thoughts for productive prayers. What a great idea!

My husband and I sang this song alone to each other and to God on Sunday morning. It was spontaneous and heartfelt, but we pulled out the hymnbook to be able to sing all four verses. No one ever sings all four verses anymore! But the fourth verse is my favorite, and a wonderful prayer:

Our fathers' God, to Thee,
Author of Liberty, to Thee we sing;
Long may our land be bright
With Freedom's holy light;
Protect us by Thy might,
Great God our King!

I got the prayer list from church - didn't think it up by myself. You can thank God for our pastor.
