I say we agree to their terms, get the proof, and execute him anyway. A post-execution exchange might go something like this:
Justice Minister Herta Daeubler-Gmelin: But, you said you vould not execute ze prisoner!
GWB: Well, you know, we didn't mean to kill him, Herta, but a funny thing happened on the way to the delousing chamber.

Justice Scalia in comments at a legal forum late last year, gave as his opinion that the reason that Europeans are so squeamish about capital punishment--even though Europe invented such methods of execution as hanging (Germany) and the guillotine (France)--is because they are a "post-Christian" society of mostly atheists.
Paraphrasing Justice Scalia: "If you believe that there is NOTHING AT ALL after this life, then in taking a man's life from him you take ALL THAT HE HAS. The religious person sees it merely as sending him on to his ultimate judgement, but the individual continues."

Let's go to war with Germany again. We'll kick their asses again.

If the shoe was on the other foot, the "constitutionalists" would be applauding. Why are we so willing to piss on the idea of national sovereignty when it doesn't involve our own?

Fine. German wants to try and force THEIR justice system laws on OUR country, let's play this game.
The next time the U.S. finds a German murderer or a terrorist on the loose in Germany, we won't allow them to be tried UNLESS Germany promises to execute them.
Doesn't sound too fun when we play the game, does it Mr. Schouder?

So, what did you expect from a people who elected Hitler, buried their heads in the sand while millions were shoved into ovens for "the good of the Fatherland" and then acted shocked, shocked I tell you, when they toured the death camps they financed.
These are the same people who say that Saddam is not a danger, and they wonder why we don't care what they have to say. God! These morons have learned absolutely NOTHING since the 30's, they're the same people, making the same mistakes, with the same arrogance.
What a bunch of losers.

The krauts are giving us the finger again. We should have let the commies take over the country, they would be in shambles by now.

Where in the NATO Charter does it say that an attack on one is an attack on all - unless your country has the death penalty? We defend their rotten butts for 50 years, and the first time we are attacked, they stab us in the back. We don't need them. We should cut away from them and leave them to solve their own military problems. I bet within 10 years there will be another land war in Europe, if we leave.

Shoot him and send the body to Germany (COD) with a note telling them what they can do with their evidence.

In an interview with the Der Spiegel news weekly, Justice Minister Herta Daeubler-Gmelin said Germany would provide documents on Moussaoui to the United States on condition that they "may not be used for a death sentence or an execution."
Spoken like a true schweinehund.

Germany used to always invade France and kill people in their own land by gas and ovens (and they were innocent people killed).
Now they worry about how a killer is to be punushed? Give me a friggin break, will ya!

Germany has no right to dictate how we treat criminals. Why are they so concerned about the terrorists?

You do understand the new tactic that OBL will employ.
He's going to do all financial transactions and perform incriminating acts in the EU. That way the US if it catches members of his organization will have no proof.
Thanks Europe for once again getting more Americans in a fatal situation.

OK, GERMANY can have him!

Looks like we need to invade Germany. The Afghanistan government demanded to see the evidence that bin Laden was the mastermind and the US refused. They didn't have any evidence but who cares? They attacked Afghanistan and installed a new government (one just as bad as the last government).
So let's do the same in Germany since we have the appropriate conditions.

Just remember, East Germany is now part of the whole, and the Turks are a big "mulcultural" factor!
Otherwize, everyone knows that Saddam is some kind of a nut.

O.K. We won't execute him. But, should he commit suicide by shooting himself in the back of the head about three or four times............

But the government insists it can't bend laws forbidding the extradition of suspects to countries with the death penalty or supplying evidence that could incriminate someone facing execution.
Question, Have they ever extraditioned a suspect in a capital case before?
