It seems like an attack on Iraq is coming soon.

Place your bet as to when the attack will begin.

Whoever gets closest to the date and time wins.

Attack time must be specified in Month, Day, Year, Hour, and Minute

For the hour, don't forget to specify what time zone you are referring to.

There is no decision on a prize to be awarded yet except for bragging rights.

None of us out here really know.

My prediction is based on some final time limits, the new moon, and the timing to get our people in position to do something after these massive air strikes.

We could also see some massive electro pulses created in areas to basically knock out any Iraqi electronic system under the pulse wave besides the massive and very lethal air attack.

If Uncle Soddomite does something stupid and attacks Israel or orders terrorist attacks in the UK, Australia or here, Iraq will then be destroyed in a few hours after any such attack. There is no way to predict what the mass murdering meglo maniac Soddomite will do. He probably doesn't know himself.

Having said this, with my prediction and anyone else's, any prediction with a $5 bill will probably enable you or I to be able to buy a cup of coffee at our local Starbucks. I doubt if a single US Senator or Congressman knows when Jihad will come to Iraq.

I've heard we have some amazing new weapons as of yet unrevealed, but they will be coming out against Iraq. One is a powerful laser mounted on a modified 747, I believe. Capable of frying a vehicle with pinpoint accuracy in a hundred square mile area, flying at very high altitudes. Sounds like it would be vulnerable to missile attack to me, and probably just popular mechanics science fiction.

The other weapon I've heard of is some sort of bomb that disperses carbon filaments out over a large area, and knocks out power, without seriously damaging infrastructure.

I have a feeling we shall see very soon...we do know that Soddom will be seeing the afterburners of these, going at 1200 MPH, plus...

You could be right. I study mundane astrology (the astrology of nations and world leaders) as a hobby, and based my prediction date on transits to Saddam Hussein's natal chart, and that of Iraq, and his swearing-in.

Thre are some very difficult transits on and around the 15th of February. So, my interpretation is that this date will be a toughie. Maybe, if the war does start around the new moon early in February, it will be a short and sweet victory, culminating in total defeat by the 15th. Of course, my hopes for this could bias my interpretation.

One thing I notice is that Saddam has very lucky and successful natal aspects, and to have accomplished the evil he has done, he would have to have these. He is one tough cookie to dethrone. But, all things are possible with God's help.

Just to clarify, the date and time of the massive initial attack is what we are talking about. I define "attack" to mean when the first massive and overwhelming air attack on Iraq begins. We could consider it military time (although those are usually obvious), however, please check your betting pick and try to submit all 3 components. I am updating the chart today, the last time for me as I am really busy with care packages for the troops with the FR USO canteen and this chart is really time consuming. An idea for the next pool might be to have folks stick to one specific time zone such as what time will it be in Baghdad when we attack. There are so many bets it is hard to keep in order but they are close enough. I should have it up within the next half hour.

I hope that none of us are right, and someone separates Uncle Soddomite's diseased brain from his skull and then opens Iraq up for full and open WMD inspections.

This will not drag on for a long time before GW pulls the pin and has Rummy issue the orders. Also, once it begins, it will not last for a long time.
