Well, the Super Bowl is Sunday, 1/26, the report is due to the Security Council on Monday 1/27, the State of the Union is Tuesday night 1/28, the only thing that throws a wrench into things is the fact that the new moon isn't until the weekend. I'm still gonna go with Thursday night, 1/30 at 6:30P ET.
