Place your bet as to when the attack will begin.

Whoever gets closest to the date and time wins.

Attack time must be specified in Month, Day, Year, Hour, and Minute

For the hour, don't forget to specify what time zone you are referring to.

There is no decision on a prize to be awarded yet except for bragging rights.

30 days after the troops are vaccinated against smallpox. I think I heard on the news this week that that should begin in January. So, I'm going to say February 11, 2003 at 4am Baghdad time. Enough time for the vaccine to take effect and enough time to explain to the morons at the UN the material breach in Saddam's 12/8 declaration.

First week of February, or first week of March. We'll want as little moonlight/starlight as possible, to maximize the advantage of US night vision and thermal viewing equipment. There are also considerations relating to tides in the region affecting offloading of shipborne supply movements.
