Our next election will result in just about an even split in both houses, no change in power, no mandate.

Congress will fail to authorize $$$ for the "invasion" of iraq, and bush's numbers will fall.

He'll do the only thing he can, launch an attack.

On the other hand perhaps I'm wrong, and I should just guess a date & time like everyone else?

However, the whole build-up is actually a deceptive maneuver -- the U.S. force that is being deployed to the Middle East will not be attacking Iraq, but a nation that has been directly linked to al-Qaeda (I'm guessing Yemen).

It was an error on my part, I transcribed the hour, not the day. December 4, 7:34 UTC/GMT, 2002 will be a NEW moon, i.e., the Moon is near the Sun, it rises at dawn and sets in the evening and the dark side faces the Earth. You want a new moon to roll up the air defenses, at least the radar. Onest [sic] they're blind by night you can have your way with them. We own the night.

Election Day is November 5, 2002.

According to Nielsen Media Research's website, the major sweeps period will be between October 31, 2002 and November 27, 2002.

The next major sweeps period after that is from January 30, 2003 to February 26, 2003.
