This week, attorney Allan Favish, who has waged a long battle to find the truth about the circumstances surrounding the suspicious death of former Clinton White House Counsel, Vincent W. Foster, was notified that the Office of Independent Counsel, formerly headed by Ken Starr, would ask United States Solicitor General, Ted Olson, to decide whether to ask the Supreme Court to stop release of Foster death scene photos that have been ordered released by a lower court. Ted Olson is husband our own Barbara Olson (freeper BKO) who died on 9/11.
Oddly, Foster's sister and remarried widow have joined the OIC in attempting to block Favish's attempt to learn the truth about the death. They have notified Favish that they will seek a 90 day stay of the case being returned to the trial court so that the Solicitor General can decide on a Supreme Court appeal.
This last ditch effort by the OIC, et al, is as a result of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals having denied them a rehearing of the case.
At issue is the question of whether Foster had neck wound instead of the official version that it was a mouth to back of head wound. It is reported that a photo exists that depicts the neck wound. The OIC has feverishly tried to keep that photo under wraps.
In Barbara's last book, she seemed to back off using the word suicide when referring to Vince Foster's death. Perhaps Ted will look into the matter to find the truth.

Interesting. We'll see if Ted will go to the wall to protect the last administration. My guess is yes.

Doing the right thing would ruin Ted's social life. No?

Time to clear the air: I killed Vince Foster. OK, so not really, but I was in the area when it happened. That was weird enough for me. My guess is that this will fall under the category of all the other Klinton krimewave stuuf being swept under the rug by this administration. Gotta be the FBI files or maybe just the quiet "I don't see any benefit to this story" conspiracy that exists in Washintoon.

Hopefully, sound legal reasoning will prevail and the photos will be released.

Oddly, Foster's sister and remarried widow have joined the OIC in attempting to block Favish's attempt to learn the truth about the deathOddly? I think not. I imagine they just don't want these pictures all over the internet. Enough is enough.
And, no, nobody has a RIGHT to see those pictures, regardless of what the law is concerning them. It's a desecration of the dead's privacy, not to mention the suvivors.

Mine as well. We know only the tip of the Iceberg when it comes to the depravity, crime, corruption, and even treason of Clinton and his administration. Our elite media and beltway insiders know much of the story. I think a decision was made that if the public knew the extent of Clinton's crimes it would rock the very foundation of the nation and usher in a sea change in national politics that would have destoryed the Beltway elite as well and not just Clinton.
But even if they are released and they show a neck wound the national media will utterly ignore it- it will simply not be reported- like the Knowlton Adendum was simply not reported. Based on facts available it is totally appropriate to question the laughable Star report conclusions on Foster's death- but to do so among the Beltway and the Media is totally taboo. It will be as if they were never released.

Barbara Olsen was a FReeper? This is a little off-topic, but she was mentioned in the article.
She was my hero in politics, and in the world in general. I grieve still, when I see her name mentioned anywhere, and the tears still come. I can't imagine how awfully hard it has to have been for Ted Olsen. If Barbara Olsen is your spouse, how would one even imagine that void could be filled? She was the most electric & beautiful person I've ever seen.
To: Howlin
I disagree, Howlin. It is a matter of a death being recognized as a murder & not a suicide. I think Fosters widow is still afraid of the clintons, after all these years.

"Doing the right thing would ruin Ted's social life. No?"
Integrity is hard to come by, blood is no longer thicker "thicker than water", truth lays dead in the streets and politics reign in place of the Constitution or any of the above.
It surely does not appear to matter which brand of politics is at the helm they are closer than brothers under the skin.
