We who acknowledge you ask that you show yourself powerful on behalf of the Christians in Indonesia. Protect them, dear Lord. Give them wisdom and knowledge to know what to do. Put a hedge of protection around them, we pray.

We pray also, Lord, that the evil false religion of Islam be destroyed utterly. Islam raises itself up against your Word and worships a pretender to your throne, Allah; Islam rejects your son, Jesus, and tries to destroy your children and the apple of your eye, the Jewish people. Put to shame these infidels; let them turn on each other and fight only among themselves. Please put them to shame who rise against you. We pray this in the name of your Son, Yeshua HaMashiach--Jesus.

A missionary from the Phillipines spoke in our church last week. He told the harrowing story of the destruction of a village in his disctrict by communists. 35 men and women were pushed out into the streets and divided up. The men were shot and then the women were shot. He spoke of seeing a baby nursing at his dead mother's breast.

He said that the equally brutal Muslim murderers operate further south. It's sickening that the media doesn't find any of this newsworthy. Or the oppression of Christians in the Sudan...
