I have been watching this rally and it's nothing more than black racist hate speech.The simple fact is the blacks owe reparations to the people of the south because they never worked off their debt.The people of the south bought their freedom from the true slave owners(african tribal leaders).All costs were underwritten for transportation,food,clothing and housing,the south never reclaimed these costs.The south is due it's reparations+140 years of interest.

Thanks for your well thought out reply. The race and gender issues I'd thought through but not the institution behind the institution power plays that go on, but we know little about. Or at least, I know little about. Given what you've said, I wonder what the DNC thinks about running Hillary in '08? Were it not for 9/11, I believe they would run her in '04. The DNC must feel the gender issue will not derail her candidacy and we know virtually all liberal women will vote for her. It's probably a moot issue because thus far Dr. Rice doesn't seem interested, but perhaps that will change over time.
