That "Herb the Nerd" guy with Burger King is pretty annoying.

Probably been said before, but didn't have time to read past the 30th post. A guy by the name of Lesko??? with his book about Free Government Money. I was actully thinking of getting the book knowing our government the way I do!!!!!!

All those soft, reassuring voices selling healthcare services. I HATE those voices. Why does the voice have to be so .......... Ugh!

Put a sealer on the grout. LOL. Doesn't hold very long.

It's a tie between Ditech.com's "Ned" and Billy Mays. Why can't they be the next perpetrators of corporate fraud?

Yup! I had almost forgotten about that one. Both my wife and I liked that one. The tone of voice the robot had was just perfect! Those folks as Staples seem to have hired some pretty good marketing people.

The Datril women golfers get our vote. They are the most disgusting. Watching this woman squirm around while trying to putt and hold her urine gets the clicker. Yeeeeeeeeesh

Billy Mayes had a new commercial on FoxNews this morning. Some kind of widget for retrieving screws from under the couch and such. I didn't catch what it was call because I ran from the room screaming.

RE: Mayes. As obnoxious as this kind of advertising is, it's effective. I've noticed most of the people posting to complain about Mayes cite the names of the products he's pitching, and that's the point: product identification.
Remember those absolutely disgusting "Please don't squeeze the (blank)" commercials, or the pre-laundry treatment product that drove us all nuts with "(Blank) it out?" We may not remember the commericials now, since they've toned them down, but we remember the product names. (In my case I remember them so well I've vowed never, ever to buy one of them, but unlike most of the buying public I'm the vindictive sort).

I have to go with Steve, although Subway has some real obnoxious twerps as spokespeople. First that annoying Jared, and now that smarmy, know-it-all guy who makes fun of the kid at the burger joint. I'd like to punch that guy in the face.
To: Bernard Marx
True (Charmin, Shout) But sometimes I wonder who their target audience is.
For example, Carrot Top and the Dell dude. What are they really trying to say. "Look at me. I'm a dork. I use this product. Your a dork. Use my product."
At least that's the way it makes me feel so I wont use that product at all even though I recognize it.

AND wants to get people in the very nasty habit of looking for gooberment handouts. What a despicable loon!!! Hey, don't blame the messenger! LOL!
