KINGSTON, Pa. - (KRT) - Tanya Meyers miscarried just hours after a Pennsylvania judge gave her permission to proceed with an abortion that her former boyfriend tried to stop.
Meyers' mother, Tracey Curry, said Tuesday that her daughter began bleeding heavily Monday evening and was taken to a Wilkes Barre, Pa.-area hospital, where she was recovering Tuesday. An ultrasound confirmed that she had lost the 10-week pregnancy, Curry said.
"Tanya is a strong person, but this has taken a toll on her," Curry said by phone from her Kingston home. "It's taken a toll on her whole family."

As her private life was debated on talk shows and in coffee shops, Meyers had trouble sleeping and eating, and began to second-guess her abortion decision, her mother said. . . . Curry said she advised her daughter that dealing with Stachokus over custody of a child would lead to ever-worsening conflicts and fights. Sounds like her mom was the one pushing the abortion all along.

God is the one to make those decisions. There would have been no conflict and trauma if they had prevented a pregnancy in the first place. Would have been nice if they were married before the sex that led to a pregnancy and a wish for an abortion.

"Tanya is a strong person, but this has taken a toll on her," Curry said by phone from her Kingston home. "It's taken a toll on her whole family." I wonder what an abortion would have done--probably would have had a family celebration. Curry is no mother. She didn't want the baby. To hell with her daughter and grandchild. God was merciful by taking the baby before she/he suffered greatly.

"But God made the decision."Darn right he did! He called this child home before his/her mom could kill him/her.

You obviously don't know how common it is for women to spontaneously abort, and that the majority of the SAb's happen at about 9 or 10 weeks.

I would be willing to bet that Tanya would have NOT had the abortion when it came right down to it!! If left alone the couple would probably have reunited and done well. Mrs. Curry should not use God to say he made the decision when she was forcing her will on her daughter.!!!

Why are you defending this bitch of a woman who wanted to murder her child?

"Tanya is a strong person, but this has taken a toll on her," Curry said by phone from her Kingston home. What's taking a toll on her? The miscarriage? She was going to kill the child anyway, so I don't quite understand what the mother is talking about here.

I'm quite aware that miscarriages are common. However, the fact that this woman fought to have an abortion, then "miscarried" immediately after the court allowed it is suspicious.

Miscarried due to stress? Watch her come forward now with a wrongful death suit. The lawyers are probably already calling.

God was merciful to the mother of the child so that the guilt of an enacted murder was spared form her head. She will still pay for the sin of plotting to murder her baby...but God was merciful in thwarting her plans and mitigating her guilt to some degree
To: victim soul
It just may be that our most merciful and loving God took this child before it could be murdered, and also to save the soul of the mother before she committed murder!

Also, TKC, your hypocrisy re name calling is a little obvious, considering you called the woman who had the miscarriage a "bitch of a woman who wanted to murder her child."
