Michael Mozer was told he couldn't return to Millbrook Elementary School unless he took anti-hyperactivity drugs.

A blessing in disguise. Homeschool!

I stand corrected. Thank you.
Maybe I should have said "reportedly" since I actually hadn't witnessed a test nor had I actually seen the "official" results. I presume my friend innocent of lying until he gives reasons otherwise.

Yet the kid's a "genius" and has acquired a full college scholarship.

Of IQ's, mine is 132, so I don't know which "scale" is being used that you derive those percentile figures, neither can I effectively contest the numbers you present. I certainly don't consider myself "top 2.5%" - only average. The Shipley test is the one to which I am referring...

Regards,
Az

(PS - Do Democrats have different grading methods than Republicans or do they interpret the numbers differently?)

I have no trouble believing that the school was the cause of the ordeal that this kid and his family suffered. If I were presented with a school telling me to take my kid to a specific doctor of their choosing to be "evaluated" and drugged up, I'd have a gaggle of lawyers all over that school before the end of the day, putting the teacher, principal, district superintendant, and individual school board members, putting them on notice that if this issue is not dropped immediately, each and every one of them would be named in a multi-million dollar lawsuit as soon as the clerk of courts opened for business the next day, and a local media circus to follow right behind. That is what these people understand. I have the knowledge and resources to make that happen but most parents don't. They end up getting a visit from children's services that could very likely end with the agency removing the kid from the home and being threatend with criminal charges if they don't immediately agree to turn their kid into a drugged-up lab rat. A lot of parents have been bullied like this.

I don't care who I have to enlist to deal with something like this. If someone comes at me and mine in that manner, they are going to have my complete and undivided attention until they are forced to issue a public apology and admit they were had no business involving themselves in the matter. If they don't, then they should be prepared to explain to the district's residents why they had to ask for a new school levy to pay legal fees and the court judgement or settlement. When enough parents are ready to stand up to these tactics, this problem will go away.

For confirmation that complex sugar supplementation affects ADHD and Bipolar Disorder goto www.glycoscience.com and check out their library of papers.

Their theory is that poor diet results in neurological and other disorders which explains response of ADHD and Bipolar Disorder to complex sugar supplementation.

I say, while this may be true there is an additional factor otherwise there would be a much greater spread of this condition throughout the population.

I believe there is a sugar absorption problem brought about by a pathogen which is responsible for several other clustered diseases. This is a very involved discussion that would take a good hour and many papers to run down. So let's make it simple.

I was diagnosed with Bipolar Personality.
I have several other autoimmune disorders which I have crushed with antibiotics.
I made a wrong turn on one experiment and created five diseases out of nowhere.
Subsequent therapy on 30 antibiotics cause eventual remission of symptoms but not before experiencing a dozen reversals.
There is no other known pathogen that could do this other than either Clostridium difficile or perfringens
Independent confirmation was achieved on two of the associated disorders (fibromyalgia, Reiter's Syndrome)
Parent and wife suffer from several of the associated autoimmune disorders.
We affected antibiotic therapy on parent and wife with same profound improvement in conditions.
These Clostridium species not only effect sugar absorption they can cause Diabetes type II. They also cause gout, peripheral neuropathy, carpal tunnel syndrome, Reiter's Syndrome, fibromyalgia, Meningitis symptoms, mental confusion, inflammatory bowel disorder, ankylosing spondylitis, Multiple Sclerosis and Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome just to name a few.
Analysis of Clostridium perfringens and its characteristics is 100% match on all symptoms collectively over the associated cluster of autoimmune disorders.

Suggest stool or serum test for Clostridium antibodies.

Pathogen associated with this disorder appears to cause arthritis in the ear joints and results in on-going ringing in ears. Treatment with antibiotics caused spontaneous remission of condition suffered for three years. But not before I went partially deaf in both ears for 5 days each as the bacteria died in the joints and caused the surfaces to become tacky and less responsive. Two loud tones were generated by the two ear bones vibrating from the tacky joints. Same tacky, popping and grinding of joints occurs temporarily in other joints infected as they begin to heal.

An IQ of 180+ is uncommon, but not rare. IIRC, that's about the 5 S.D. point, which would mean that the approximate percentage of the population above that level would be .02.

That's not much, but it includes over 50,000 Americans.

Have you had any experience with the inner ear in relation to these supposed disorders. My son also took Meclezine, the over the counter motion sickness tablet for a while.

This is just another example of stupid parents letting the stupid government make stupid decisions for them.

Stupid.

Meanwhile, W. Michael Mahoney, the superintendent of the Millbrook Central School District refused to comment on the case because he wanted to "protect the individual rights of the students."

Sure. Hide behind the kids. Jerk!

.Interesting. I had to be hospitalized a few months ago, and have been diagnosed as bi-polar. I also have taken some screening tests for adult ADD, and always go well above the level at which it's diagnosed. When do you expect to begin trials?

You can test to see if you have clostridium difficile or perfringens now by way of doctor ordered antibody test, either stool or serum. Have not been able to locate a PCR-DNA test, which would be more reliable.

You could try Ambrotose by Mannatech. See www.glycoscience.com

May start testing four months from now since all these papers must be digitized into MPEG2 video with description text overlays so patients can see what is in the documents as it is near impossible to display 80 column scanned text clearly on a TV screen in VHS format.

Based on my case as the ground zero patient and road map to others, and, because of the incredible recoveries on more than twenty symptoms, and because we did this all with contemporary antibiotics where none of these autoimmune disorders were considered infection, the doctor of internal medicine has agreed to take on as many patients as I can throw at her. She also agrees because these documents used to force the use of antibiotics where no such indication is warranted in contemporary medicine are irrefutable findings of live cultured pathogens of which I could identify at least five species. Clostridium difficile, Candidas, staph, microplasm, and chronic salmonella. Clostridium difficile seems to be the key precipitator.

Do not attempt antibiotic solution on your own or without consultation with us. If you do you could cripple or kill yourself on short notice. This is a horribly dangerous pathogen and it is responsible for many of the side affects listed in antibiotic RX listings. Antibiotic use can cause tendonitis, gout, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel, Raynalds Phenomenon, meningitis, MS, APLA just to name a few.

I already went there. I took the hit and it was devastating. Under no circumstances attempt to go after this with antibiotics without a full briefing unless you can stand to be crippled for a few years and burn a few hundred thousand dollars. No patient will be treated without purchasing two 2-hour videos. Video one is the proof of disease causing autoimmune, arthritis, heart and neurological disorders where modern medicine has completely failed in identifying these pathogens. The second video is how to kill this stuff without killing you in the process. The protocols must be kept safe and all instructions followed closely or the FDA will freak, shut us down and the cures for incurable diseases disappears

Using psychoactive drugs on minors not confined to a medical institution is a crime. It is long past time for our legislatures to recognize this and legislate appropriately. For now, child abuse statutes should be applied.

I'm pretty sure ADD & ADHD drugs are more related to Methamphetamines than they are to Cocaine.
Hmmmm...cocaine is a stimulant too.
Let's see...Ritalin? Stimulant. Cocaine? Stimulant. Yeah, they're both stimulants. Do you think that is why they're so similar in composition?
A pretty good site...
Addiction Pharmacology & Physiology
There are several different families of chemicals that might be classified as stimulants including cocaine, the amphetamines, amphetamine-like drugs such as Ritalin and over the counter agents such as ephedrine.
Another one...

Thanks for all the info.
Suggest stool or serum test for Clostridium antibodies.
Uh-uh...Talk about a "stool" subject! (substitute accordingly)
Here Doc, test my s___.
I'll go with the serum test.

We have a theory here that ADHD and Bipolar disorder is caused by Clostridium difficile and that treatment with Ambrotose (complex sugars) and Flagyl antibiotic may stop the problem. Waiting to try it on a few patients.

LOL!  The psychiatric profession can't even define/objectively test for schizophrenia, much less ADHD.

But don't let that stop you.  Despite the fact that there is NO SCIENTIFICALLY VALID WAY to identify a cause for something that can't even be objectively defined, I'm sure you'll get your experiments published......right along with all the other bunk that's in psychiatric journals.  The APA will probably even give you a medal.

Another cure looking for a disease.

182 is definately possible, it's just very uncommon. The highest I've heard of was like 208 from some doctor in Sweden I think. I have had IQ test ranging from 130 to 145. Of course IQ just measures your ability to learn info, doesn't necessarily show that you have achieved anything.

Are you sure? I thought a S.D. was 10, not 16 (at least off the scale I learned in AP pysch a few years back which I do not remember the name of) which would make it 8 S.D. away.
