Are you sure? I thought a S.D. was 10, not 16 (at least off the scale I learned in AP pysch a few years back which I do not remember the name of) which would make it 8 S.D. away.

AFAIK, the Mensa test has an S.D. of 16, which produces a cutoff for membership of about 135+?
This kid would be eligible for the MM interest group within Mensa, whose members are to Mensans as Mensans are to the general population, in the top 2%, IQ-wise.
